This house is in a quiet safe neighborhood, 30 mins from Montauk Beach and half the cost for 5 guests. Overall we loved it! The host recommended restaurants which is helpful. When we-reported a problem, someone was there to fix it the next morning. Kitchen well stocked, plenty of outdoor seating, comfy couches. Strange full bathroom cotton curtains a bit long and no liner, difficult to dry. The bath off the master bedroom the floor floods because curtain in there is lined but a bit short. Gotta keep a towel down. Garage is wonderful, laundry in basement handy. Decks off bedroom and patio off dining room both lovely. are beautiful lovely place to stay.

we had a great stay at Ned's place. beautiful views of river behind the house. it was peaceful. would love to stay again when in the area!

Ashley’s place was absolutely incredible for our girls weekend in Montauk. Impeccably clean, spacious, and tastefully furnished. The hot tub was perfect after a winter hike, and the firepit was great for s’mores and stargazing at night. There was also an indoor fireplace in the living room where we had a couple of really fun movie nights. The kitchen is a dream, and very well equipped with everything you would ever need to cook a fabulous meal. The spacious open plan kitchen/dining area/living room was perfect for communal cooking and hanging out. Gets great light and such a pretty view. The bedrooms were super comfortable and the master has an amazing tub. The location was perfect. Right in town and a short walk to the beach (also walking distance to the brewery!), but also felt very private. Lastly, Ashley was an excellent host- very communicative and helpful and super sweet- she even left a treat for us in the fridge when we arrived! Will definitely be coming back to stay at

Came for a one week spring break stay with my 7 year old, husband, sister and dog. The home is well-appointed and thoughtfully furnished and decorated to be cozy and comfortable. The house is right on the lake and offers beautiful views from everywhere you are. Weather was up and down (as April can be!) but there was plenty to do not far away, and a selection of games to keep us busy, in addition to those we brought. Thoughtful touches throughout the house! Morning coffee on the deck overlooking the lake with birdsong and ducks swimming by was a particularly peaceful highlight. Look forward to returning during warmer months for evening wine outside and more bites when we fish! A great stay - book this place!

Very nice house with lots of room to relax and a well-stocked kitchen to cook. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and close to so much! When we had a question, Ellen answered with a call within minutes. She was the perfect host!

What an absolutely gorgeous home! Staying here truly felt like being in paradise. The house itself feels so inviting; it took no time at all to relax and feel at home. Everything that you could possibly need is here in the house. Michael’s attention to detail deserves praise! This home stands out from all others because of the minor details. Thank you, Mike, for giving me a safe, pristine, relaxing place to call home for a while. I look forward to staying here again!

The location and comfort can’t be beat. We stayed at the professor’s flat for a full semester while I was teaching at Yale and it was perfect for a couple and a cat. We even had a couple of friends visit and stay over comfortably during that time. We truly lived in the place like it was our home, because it felt like it: it was cozy, and despite a smaller kitchen than we’re used to, it was well equipped, and we were able to cook a lot and even host dinner parties. It’s very conveniently located to everything in New Haven/the East Rock neighborhood & we walked everywhere. Also very convenient to the freeway. A parking spot was included in our rent as well. Remy, Hilary and Sal were always responsive and ready to take care of anything that needed attention. Remy also gave us and all the tenants extras like baked goods, and samples of her great Italian cooking on occasion (around the holidays). They also gave us fire logs for the fireplace we used our entire last month in town.

Paris is a wonderful host. His property and cottage is a perfect retreat for two. Charming accommodations with a beautiful view and an easy walk to town. We’ll be back soon! Angelo C.

This is my 3rd stay here. I sometimes come on my own to visit my daughter at Yamaha and I pay extra per night to stay at this comfy relaxing spot so I feel at home. I have private parking, easy entry, close to downtown Yale shopping and minutes from raved Whooster Villlage. Don’t be hesitate because it is on the corner of the busy street, it allows for spreading out of family and each bedroom with own bathroom/TV sitting area. The upstairs room can get warm but use the AC unit in room and it is cool in no time! This will be my home away from home for my daughter’s next 3 years at UNH. My only suggestion is the main floor bedroom does not have King size bed but the room Itself is gorgeous! Enjoy and highly recommend this spot!

Joanne greeted us when we arrived - wanted to make sure we were comfortable. She encouraged us to contact her with any questions. The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. We are native Long Islanders and this location was central to the family and friends we were visiting.

C’était un endroit parfait pour notre séjour. Notre petit-fils jouait au baseball en tournoi au Lasorda legacy Park et nous étions comme mentionné à quelques minutes du parc. L’appartement était très bien entretenu. Tout était parfait!

We absolutely loved our springtime stay! Incredible space inside and outside that enabled our kids ample room to explore and have fun. Ann Marie was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable!

George was an excellent Air BnB host!!!! His responses were prompt and answered any questions we had. The location was ideal in Greenport as everything was walking distance. We had an amazing time!

Harry’s place was what we needed, perfect for a family of 4 (or 5). Its cozy and has what you need for a few days escape from the city. I particularly like how responsive Harry was, even things outside of their control (weather, storm) he looked for immediate solutions. You can see that they care about their place and renters. The pool was a plus for our kids. The location is also good, of course you need a car but there are nice restaurants within 10 min drive and the beach is close too. All in all a very positive experience for us. Thanks Harry!
