Sea views from every room, direct access to the terraces. A communal pool with breathtaking views of the sea—along with the nearby "Li Cossi" sandy beach (a 15-minute walk away)—complete the experience

Villa Leoni in Santa Teresa di Gallura ist kein typisches Ferienhaus. Ihre wellige Architektur weist Kurven auf, die an die Wellen des Ozeans, die ikonischen Nuraghen und den organischen Stil der Costa Smeralda erinnern. New apartment with high quality finish: two double bedrooms, both with private bathroom and living area, an open space with kitchen equipped with all comforts, dining table, sofa and TV. We are in the countryside but close to the city, to the public services and the beaches, far from the summer hustle and traffic.

E' stato ristrutturato di recente e presenta nel piano terra una cucina abitabile, un soggiorno con un ampia vetrata che guarda sul giardino, una camera da letto matrimoniale e un bagno con doccia. Nel soppalco è presente la seconda camera da letto. “Il Mulino” si trova a soli 12 Km da Sassari e nelle vicinanze si trovano le più belle località turistiche del Nord Sardegna
