Nungwi : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

Es war ein toller Urlaub mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Das Haus ist komplett neu und wird liebevoll von Lisa und ihrem Mann gepflegt. Alles war sehr sauber und das Frühstück gesund und nahrhaft. Wie man es sich wünscht :) In 5 Gehminuten ist man an einem tollen Naturstrand, der nicht von vielen Touristen belagert ist und man hat seine Ruhe. Mit dem Mopedtaxi kann man jederzeit in die Stadt, bzw. sich auch Sachen ins Airbnb liefern lassen… das ist wirklich ein toller Service. Wenn man einen längeren Ausflug plant, sind die Gastgeber stets zu Hilfe einen Wagen mit Fahrer zu organisieren. Im Airbnb ist keine Kilmaanlage, was aber nicht stört, da im oberen Stock stets ein guter Luftstrom durch die Deckenventilatoren + Balkon entsteht. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Boris and Olga's place is a little slice of paradise. I had the sea view room and loved chilling out on the balcony looking out at Mmemba island. The accommodation is brand new and has been designed/decorated to ensure that the stay feels very much like a home away from home. However, there are restaurants very close by so the choice of eating out or preparing your own meals is there. It's just a short walk from the incredible Matemwe beach and on top of that, Boris and Olga are wonderful hosts. Can't speak highly enough of the stay!

Excellent acceuil de Liza & Nialam, qui gèrent l'hôtel. Très chaleureux & aux petits soins pour nous pendant ces 2 semaines. Logement fonctionnel et très agréable. Climatisation apprécié dans la chambre. Une forte odeur à notre arrivée provenant du bac d'évaporation du réfrigérateur. Problème rapidement résolu à notre demande par Liza et Nialam. Matelas très très dure. Petit déjeuner gargantuesque et très bon, boisson, fruits frais, jus de fruits, omelette pains et crêpes. Nous avons manger plusieurs fois au pontil, bon & tarif correcte ainsi qu'à once again fast-food, restaurant local très abordable. Nous avons péché & nagé depuis la plage mais la barrière reste très loin du bord de plage & inaccessible même à marée basse. Nous avons fait plusieurs plongée sous marine avec ONE OCEAN recommandé par l'hôte & s'était vraiment top! Prise en charge & Professionnalisme+++ . Au calme. Terrasse couverte & ombragée très appréciée. 1 super séjour. Merci à cette belle Équipe

Great value and super helpful hosts. The place is secluded with your own garden and two porches. The 24/7 Village Supermarket, Yako restaurant, exchange places etc. are only a 5 minute walk away. You can reach the beach within 8-12 minutes depending on which road you take (walk). There is also backup power for when there are power outages, so you can still work etc. All in all, a top-notch stay; highly recommended.

Isaya is a great host. He helped us a lot in sorting out with local environment. On the last day of stay he drove us to airport at midnight and returned about 3 AM while it is quite tricky to drive on Zanzibar at night. Regarding the property - Zanzibar has big issues with electricity, but we always had air conditioneers working which is very important during hot season. Rooms were clear. Laundry machine worked well. Kitchen had everything required.

Vi trivdes så bra i denna villa! 4 fina sovrum med alla tillhörande badrum. två kök men vi använde bara utskicket. Stor kul och frys vilket uppskattades! Fantastisk pool och allt omhändertaget. Patrik och hans gäng tog väl hand om oss, fanns alltid i närheten men inte så att det var påträngande. Grusvägen dit var katastrof men kunde ändå köra med barnvagn på den. Stranden nådde man efter en promenad på 15 min. Finns inte jättemycket runt omkring men efter ett par dagar fann vi affär och sådant som behövdes. Patrik hjälpte oss med allt vi behövde. Vi bodde helt privat här och kände oss trygga. Eftersom vi reste med småbarn så saknade jag barnsäng och barnstol som är lätt att införskaffa så det är något som kanske kan åtgärdas. Bra AC i rummen och väldigt fin och omhändertagen trädgård.

The house has got a beautiful view and 2 min walk to the ocean when the tide is low. When the tide is low, there’s a staircase to the ocean and you can walk into the ocean and have fun. When the tide is high, then you just enjoy the sound of waves as they hit the rocks. The house was beautiful, clean and fresh! The chef was affordable (when needed and she made us lovely local food that we all enjoyed). Everything in the house is new and works perfectly. The pool was clean and so was its surroundings. To Mundhir and his team, thanks for making our stay a dream vacation! Mundhir always got out of his way to get us groceries,takeaway, call for a car hire, negotiate on our behalf and all his connections were always on point 👌🏾 A special thank you to Mundhir! I’d surely love to come back!

Moudy ist ein großartiger Gastgeber, immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Shuttle von und zur Fähre hatte er von sich aus organisiert. Vielen Dank Moudy! Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet in einem großzügigen Garten mit viel Schatten. Es liegt im Dorf und nicht in einem abgetrennten Ressort, aber die Menschen sind sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich sicher. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten. Es gibt zwar keine Klimaanlage, aber durch die offenen Fenster mit Moskitonetzen und die Ventilatoren, war es angenehm. Ein wunderschöner Ort, um Sansibar authentisch zu erleben!

Wie waren aufgrund der aktuellsten eher schlechten Bewertung etwas skeptisch. Haben dann trotzdem gebucht, da wir ganz kurzfristig einchecken konnten und der Preis einfach super war. Welch Glück: es war definitiv die geräumigste und komfortabelste Unterkunft, die wir auf unserer Rundreise auf Sansibar hatten👍👍👍 Besonders das große Wohn-/Esszimmer war trotz der Hitze angenehm kühl und wir verbrachten dort bei starkem Regen einen gemütlichen Spieleabend. Dieses Zimmer ist das einzige des Hauses welches nur mit Metallmückenschutz und ohne Fensterscheiben ausgestattet ist. So geht durch die vielen Fenster immer ein angenehmer Luftzug. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

We loved our stay at Maia’s place in Kidoti! We spent our time lounging in the perfect outdoor spaces— enjoying the hammock, beautiful sitting areas, and poolside chairs, walking along the rocky shore at low tide, and eating al fresco under the stars. This is an ideal spot for a peaceful vacation!

We loved our stay at Carola & Mado's place! The villa was very clean and spacious with everything we needed to cook inside. There is a big balcony with sea views and nice breeze. We felt cool with the fans even though it was hot season. Carola was proactive and gave clear instructions. Salum was available on the property and responsive. Very easy communication. The beach is a 2 minute walk away and town is also a 2 minute walk away where you can buy basic groceries, water and snacks. There is also an affordable Italian resturant nearby that serves tasty pizzas! Our favorite part of the place was the pool surrounded by beautiful plants and trees. We will definitely stay here again when coming to Kiwengwa.

We felt right at home! We found the place to be actually exceeding the expectations from the pictures and the description. Generous space both internal and external, and easy to make yourself right at home. The team of the property was extremely proactive, and we were pleasantly surprised to also have a cleaner that comes by every day. Overall really exceeded what we anticipated. The location as well is easy to get to and just walking distance from the beach, restaurants and a fun little yoga bar/spot. Would def. recommend staying here!

Communication with host Yussuf was seamless and timely. His responses were clear and concise. He gave us a good discount for our family of 4. The co host pendo was super kind. She checked us in and also took us to the pier restaurant for that much needed dinner by the ocean. She also recommended places to shop at in case we needed to. The caretaker was also polite, present and alert. The place is very clean, quiet and most of all I appreciated the private pool. Thank you Yussuf and Pendo

Zanzibar house, fait parti d’un de mes meilleurs Airbnb. Le logement est très propre, cuisine équipée (avec cuisto sur place pour le déjeuner et le repas, c’est le rêve!) Quant à la vue, face à la mer dès le matin pour passer des vacances de rêve Une personne de référence est sur place, et joignable! Rien à dire, je conseil fortement

Patrick was the best host we had in Sansibar. A friend of mine and I are travelling the island and Patrick was very kind and helpful, he booked us a Safari. Thanks for that 🙏🏻 Its nice to talk with him and he also cooked rice and beans for us which was very tasty!! Definitely recommend to stay in this apartment. If youre staying in Kiwengwa, go and book this apartment! 👍🇹🇿🐘 Also he gave us his number, in case we need any help or other stuff. Thank You and best regards Kathi and Mailin

Really lovely apartment with wonderful outside space and air conditioned en suite bedrooms. I loved being able to nip to the beach for my early morning swim and then come back to relax in the pool which, although it's small, was great for cooling off. We managed to have all 4 of us (2 adults plus 2 full sized teens) in at once. Sonia was really welcoming and very helpful, always responding quickly to queries both before and during our stay. She also gave us handy info about local restaurants who we could message and have deliver to the apartment which was perfect for us. Eating on the terrace every night was great. All in all a lovely week in a beautiful apartment with a great host. Thank you
