Magnolia Villa ,Beachfront Villa -Matemwe Zanzibar

Our compound is located right on the beach with a 4 bedroomed villa at the front and a separate 1 bedroom villa at the back which is rented separately . Our views are world class, postcard perfect with views of the Indian Ocean and the  coral reef around the Mnemba Island.The beach is very safe day and night . There are several Boutique hotels with bars and restaurants within walking distance of the villa. The villa has a lovely homely feel and the place is ideal for couples or families.

Wake up right above the ocean with stunning views! This beach bungalow has two en suite bedrooms and each has its own entrance and terraces. First floor comes with a small splash pool. Second floor has and attic style the coconut roof. Note: AC only in the room downstairs. This two floor bungalow is in a property with other buildings and shared spaced. You might meet other guests,the owners and the staff. Note: Breakfast is included for daily and weekly stays, but not for monthly bookings.

L'alloggio fa parte di un piccolo residence con giardino, parcheggio interno gratuito. L'accesso in spiaggia più vicino si trova a 7 minuti (di fianco al RIU JUMBO) . Molto vicino c'è un piccolo market (jumbo market) e a 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge un supermarket. E' una zona molto tranquilla. la distanza da Nungwi è di 1 km invece da Kendwa 1,6 km.
