Our neighbors love that we DO NOT ALLOW parties & LATE NIGHT, AFTER 9pm outdoor activities. We are required to limit the total number of individuals at our home to no more than 10 at any time, including visitors. Include visitors in guest count. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on 2 acres. When we are not using our 2nd home, it is available for Airbnb guests. Our family home since 1986; when I designed & personally built it for my parents. Omega B & B, built in 2023, is a private, two-story, tiny home on the property of the hosts. Perfect for two, it features a full kitchen, living area, work area and murphy bed (for additional guests) on the top floor. The main bedroom, bathroom, laundry and coffee/wine bar are on the lower level. Guests need to be able to navigate steps both inside and outside the home. There is a parking space for one car. You'll love this clean & bright basement studio w/private entrance! Bonus - We donate 10% of our earnings to groups supporting LGBTQIA rights & fighting food insecurity! We have a small dog and a cat. Smudge & Commander Muffins won't be in your space while you're with us (& are rarely there otherwise), but if you have animal allergies, this is likely not the best place for you. A short drive to downtown Royal Oak, Ferndale, Birmingham, and also to fabulous & historic Detroit.

Very nice private suite in lake house on col de sac at private lake in our home. If you like peace and quiet in nature setting this is it. Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you. Close proximity 15 minutes or less to: Pine Knob Music Theatre, Pine Knob Ski Resort, Chrysler Head Quarter (FCA), Great Lakes Crossings Mall, BROSE, BorgWarner etc.
