Welcome to The Flower Bed, a greenhouse cabin on the slopes of Mauna Loa, Big Island with everything you need for a great vacation. Relax on the outdoor patio, cozy up with a book on the loveseat, enjoy the rainfall shower. Gaze at the amazing stars and be lulled to sleep by evening nature sounds. Awake to birds in song and morning sun filtering through the window. Sample an edible flower, use a pinch of lavender for calm, and enjoy peekaboo ocean views. You won’t regret staying several nights!

Island style Hawaiian home is expansive, bright, and open, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With great ocean views. Located in a rural area on 1 acre of fenced in private land. Quiet and peaceful. 1 hour 15 min from Kona and same from Hilo. Best to get supplies in Kona or Hilo as no grocery stores in Na'alehu. Is 40 minutes to the Volcano Ntl. Park and 15 min to the Punaluu Black Sand Beach, 15 min to South Point and Green Sands Beach. There is no Wi-Fi ~ cell service works great in the area.

We are on the South side of Kona, nestled on a 5 acre retreat. Most of the 5 acres have an Ohia forest with native birds singing. We are close to great beaches, snorkeling, (Best Snorkeling on the Island) kayaking, paddle boarding, hikes, coffee shops, restaurants, and much more. Kanaloa has its own private composting toilet 25’ from the room, bathroom sink, beach shower. A glamping room for short stays for those wanting a lower nightly price, clean, comfortable, getaway, close to Green Sand Beach and other popular place.
