The villa, built in June 2016, is in a new gated secure community, and is set over 435m2 and 2 levels with a 10m private pool. We have 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, including one master on the second level and two bedrooms on the ground level by the pool. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in every room, wifi, laundry, sound system, and a 49" Samsung Smart TV. We can arrange several services for you in the villa based on availability at extra costs. These include high quality spa treatments, a private chef to come cook any meal for you, a private driver (English, Chinese, Russian, Spanish speaker upon availability), and an experienced and certified yoga instructor. In addition, our host can also help with cooking classes, babysitting services, surf classes, diving and snorkeling and fishing tours, and other local activities. Just ask us for recommendations! :) • Layout with separate bedrooms for total privacy in each bedroom. Perfect for family or group of friends. • For larger groups we can assist on accommodation in similar villas in the same complex • Closed AC living room and kitchen with garden views • Kitchen is fully equipped for our guests to enjoy cooking and gathering. There are also great restaurants nearby and we often dine out for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. If you would prefer full or partial catering, this can be provided at an additional cost. We can arrange also free food delivery from the near restaurants. Just ask your host in advance. Jimbaran is a tranquil and traditional Balinese fishing village, not heavily commercialised like some areas are. The beach can be almost deserted during the day, but comes alive with locals and visitors in the afternoon and into the evening. • Bali is called the “Island of the Gods”. Get out and about and experience it. • Driving is easy with a bit of common sense. We prefer to rent a car. Just ask your host and she can advise on some options without a driver or with a driver for all or some of the days of your stay. Having a private driver is recommended for long day trips. • Bluebird Taxis are available everywhere. They are reliable, metered and low cost. You can book a taxi by calling them directly or via loading their app onto your phone. Bluebird Taxis are so convenient that it is not worth bothering with people offering “transport” and risk being scammed. • Subject to bookings, we are happy to allow early check-in and/or late check out. The apartment is in excellent condition, it is an older style deco apartment with large rooms which is typical of this era. The kitchen has Miele appliances and all the essential cooking equipment. There is a fireplace in the lounge room for the winter months. It also has a lovely view of the bay. The apartment consists of separate kitchen, dining and lounge rooms, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the rooms are available to guests booking the apartment. If required there is a further room including laundry facilities for longer stays of 5 plus days. Contact for guests is available throughout the stay on mobile. We can meet you at the property to ensure you are comfortably settled in or if more convenient we can leave keys in the key safe. Located just across from the beach in St Kilda West, the apartment is close to delights both natural and cultural. Walk the famous Beaconsfield Parade Promenade, relax at the St Kilda Sea Baths, convenient local transport to city, cultural centres and sporting arenas, head to the buzzing neighborhood cafes, or to the restaurant across the road to take in the sunset. The number 12 Tram runs on the street directly behind the apartment, it connects to the city. It runs through South Melbourne, along Collins Street making easy access to the Tennis Centre and the MCG. The number 96, a 5 min walk, is the light rail that runs down Bourke Street and into Carlton and Fitzroy. There are Green Cars available for hire and cabs or Ubers are plentiful in the area. Complimentary supplies are left for a breakfast with tea and coffee. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms. A hairdryer and hair straightener for convenience. If required we can prepare hampers or, we can do some shopping with a brief and your budget.

Luxurious appointments, including the Eastern King Tempur-Pedic bed, the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, a 6' bathtub, and incredible expansive ocean views, make Bali Temple a one-of-a-kind destination. Right out the back door is 500 acres of state land for hiking over lava fields by the ocean. You will need a rental car during your stay. Before I created Bali Temple, this property was a part of a Buddhist's Meditation Retreat. It still carries this peaceful and tranquil ambiance to this day! By the time my guests leave Bali Temple, they feel refreshed and renewed. This is a deeply relaxing setting.

We have an array of things to do with local cafes, fishing club, kayaking, paddle boarding, golf and tennis clubs, and great walks all on our doorstep. Want to do a day trip to the Wairarapa region we can help. The apartment is totally self contained and has its own private access. It also enjoys its own deck, luxury bathroom and kitchen. A king sized bed is the icing on the cake. We can provide meals as required. We can help you with any travel planning throughout New Zealand - and arrange your itinerary. We can take you on day trips to our local wine region if desired and drop off and pick you up from the central city of tequired. Nothing is too much trouble. If you would like a picnic packed we can do that too. Set in a modest seaside village outside of Wellington, the property is a short walk or drive away from a number of cafes, pubs, and acclaimed fish and chips spots. The beach is just steps away. We are a 25 minute train ride to central Wellington or the kapiti coast. We have kayaks, bikes, fishing gear, paddle board available.
