My husband Mike and I are artists. We searched for 10 years to find the perfect spot for our retirement years. We found 7 1/2 acres here, on the Central Coast, with spectacular views of verdant trees covering rolling hills that reach all the way to the distant mountains south and east of Arroyo Grande Village. There are 4 bedrooms, a common space, a living room, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, dining room, balcony and outdoor patio. Our home has an electric fireplace & heater for the chilly winter season. During the summer it can get warm on the coast, we have ceiling fans & portable fans; we do NOT HAVE A/C.
