There is a lovely 14th Century local church (St George's), a newly opened local pub run by a Masterchef finalist (about 1 mile) and lots of places of interest to visit.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

A wonderful place to come and stay to explore the local area, we would love to host you. There are three very comfortable and stylish bedrooms, with a large living area in the center. There are plenty of things to do nearby - miles of footpaths, Avebury stone circle and vibrant Marlborough town to name a few.

Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.
