The space is clean, quiet, comfortable, and in an excellent neighborhood. It's walkable to SBU (1.4 mi from the center of campus) or the water (1.9 mi from West Meadow Beach or 1.5 mi from Stony Brook Beach), and it's an easy, short drive to Port Jeff. Anna is a great host, great with communication, and follow her directions to find the place as Google maps needs an update on how to get to it from the street. I'd stay there again!

The place was very clean and very quiet. Great location right between NYC and eastern Long Island. Very easy to find and very reasonably priced. The host was easy to communicate with and very welcoming and polite. My wife, kids and myself had a great weekend and would definitely stay again.

The property was cozy and clean with great graden sitting are and almost everything you could need. Only qualm was that the property was advertised to have a fence but there isn’t one, there is a hedge but not a gate to make an enclosed space for a dog. This isn’t a huge deal because the beach is so close and great for walks just a minor disappoint other than that the place is incredibly cozy and we would be happy to stay here again

Our stay at Regina's was wonderful! She was extremely sensitive and responsive to our needs. We had mentioned to her earlier that we were concerned about certain allergies / sensitivities, and she immediately tended to everything. The house was extremely clean and decorated in a lovely fashion. We also appreciated the drinks and snacks she left for us. We would definitely stay there again.

My wife and I loved the tiny house. Phil was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. It’s clear that he is proud of the space. There’s a lot packed into a small space without it feeling cluttered. Anyone interested in energy conservation and low-waste living will appreciate the water heater and composting toilet in particular. We also found the lofted bed cozy and comfortable. We would stay again.

I highly recommend staying at Hafis’s place in Port Jefferson Station if you are ever in the area. We have a daughter at Stony Brook University, so we visit often and have stayed a many other Airbnb’s. Nafis’s place is like a home away from home The place itself is very roomy, clean and quiet. We will be back!!

Place was clean and reasonably priced for the area. Conveniently furnished with many kitchen appliances. Moderately noisy from the traffic (as you can expect close to the road) and typical noise from the rest of the house. Johnna was very easy to communicate with. Got greeted by a very cute cat as we parked outside :)

Viviana's place was the perfect stay. It was incredibly clean and included everything you could need. We traveled with our 1-year-old and there was a pack-n-play already setup for him. We felt safe, welcome, and really enjoyed our stay. We appreciated the private entrance, private parking, and clear/detailed instructions. I cannot recommend it more.
