Insula Luxury Apartment is a modern & stylish apartment located 1.4km from Dubrovnik’s Old Town with a stunning view of the Adriatic Sea & Fortress Lovrijenac. The apartment is 100m² with a 75m² terrace equipped with everything you need to enjoy the summer days. The apartment benefits from a luxuriously furnished open plan living room & kitchen. There are 2 large bedrooms, one en-suite, with a further bathroom & a separate stand alone toilet. Please note the apartment does not have parking

This modern, spacious, bright and cosy apartment lies on the ground floor of the traditional stone house in the most desirable part of the town Ploce. A garden of orange trees and a private terrace with dining, lounge and sunbed area, provide breathtaking views overlooking the Adriatic sea and Old town of Dubrovnik. Just a few minutes walk from the Old Town, place is far away from busy streets and noise just enough to be the oasis of peace and tranquillity. Property is not accessible by car.

NEBO is located in a newly renovated attic of a two hundred year old house just outside the City Walls. The distance from the south entrance and drawbridge is just 50 yards. The apartment can accommodate four people, as it consists of a double bed bedroom and two extra beds in the living room. There is also a kitchen, living room, and bathroom. It has a private terrace and a shared infinity swimming pool. NEBO is part of the house which consists of three apartments, MORE, SUNCE, and NEBO.

Sleep in One of the Oldest Homes in Old Town Dubrovnik

This is one of the oldest houses within the walls of the Old town of Dubrovnik, written documents say it has survived the Great earthquake in 1667. Down the street Od sigurate there is a monastery within there is one of the oldest small churches which dates back to 11th century (40 meters from the apartment). Main Street Stradun is just 70 meters away at the bottom of the street Od sigurate. Franciscan Monastery, Sponza palace, Orlando statue, St. Blaise's Church, Rector's Palace.
