Lakeview apartment in the centre of Bellagio

Charming apartment in Bellagio, just a step from the centre. From the principal balcony you have a stunning view of the lake and of the famous Villa Serbelloni. The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

Splendido appartamento situato in uno dei punti più panoramici di Bellagio. A soli 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e dal ferry in un' oasi di pace. Dall' ampia terrazza si gode una vista panoramica del golfo di Pescallo, fino ai monti dell' alto lago. Nel giardino privato ci si può rilassare al sole. Ampio appartamento con tre camere e tre bagni indipendenti di cui una matrimoniale posta nel seminterrato con accesso esterno all appartamento, dotato di lavanderia. Base ideale per tour del Lario.

Tranquillità, eleganza, comodità e vicinanza alle più esclusive location del lago di Como: queste le parole d'ordine per una fuga dal caos cittadino e un tuffo in quella pace che solo un simile panorama di incontaminata bellezza è in grado di trasmettere. A due passi da Bellagio, il mio studio è un vero e proprio gioiellino affacciato sul Lago di Como. Sono un Architetto, e questo è stato il mio rifugio per molti anni. Adesso desidero che anche voi possiate godere della pace che qui si respira. Dal balcone del living potrete godere di una delle più belle e suggestive viste del Lago e delle montagne circostanti. Beautiful view Lake Como & big terrace - Limonta

Apartment with a big terrace and a garden. Sunny apartment with a lovely view of Lake Como and the mountains (the "Grigna") very close from the lake only 10 minutes by walking. Terrace with table, chairs and deckchairs. FREE Parking space inside. At 5 minutes from Bellagio and 50 minutes from Como by car. DOGS AND CATS ARE WELL ACCEPTED. The garden of the house is fenced. Silent neighborhood for people that love calm, quiet and stillness. Good internet connection for smartworking.

Appartamento indipendente all'ultimo piano di una casa abitata dai proprietari. Completamente ristrutturato dotato di aria condizionata e di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Agli ospiti è fruibile un giardino con lettini e ombrellone dove prendere il sole, pranzare o fare il barbecue. E' possibile depositare le biciclette all'interno della proprietà. A 50 metri dalla casa sono presenti tre parcheggi gratuiti e un negozio di alimentari.
