Orchard Cottage is a luxurious, high quality, open plan dome-shaped cottage. It has a super king sized bed, lounge area with wood-fired stove and 55” TV with Freesat, wi-fi, fully-equipped kitchen area and spacious shower room. It is fully insulated, for cosy stays all year round. It is set in the grounds of Ballawyllin Farm within our orchard area. It has its own outside patio area, exclusive access to an outdoor hot tub, and shared access to a sauna, set in a separate patio area.

(330sq.ft) Large master bedroom, with 3 patio doors opening onto its own patio area, with stream and pond outside. King size bed, to chill and relax in. Twin room next door for other family members. Bathroom and kitchen off the spacious lounge area, with 2 leather chairs, and 3 seater leather settee. Travel cot, dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and TV. Plenty of safe free parking.

Spacious private Annex to family home in quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Douglas. Host lives at the linked family home so some noise will travel through locked access. A half hour walk/10-minute drive to central Douglas and 5 minute drive to Nobles Hospital. Beautiful hill views and private off-road parking. Comfortable property with access to private established garden, with seating and fire pit. Use of gym is at own risk, owner accepts no liability.

This modern first floor apartment has panoramic views of Douglas bay and headland. The amazing sea views are ever changing, watch the sail boats/ferries/fishing boats and the occasional cruise ship arrive in port. All rooms are modern/bright and oversized. An optional 2nd bedroom that shares the main bathroom is available for families (see 2 bed option). Please note that I only take minimum one week bookings in school holiday periods.

Accommodation comprises a serviced modern self-catering detached annex purpose built with high quality furniture and fixings. It features a bedroom, shower room , open plan sitting room (with bed settee) with kitchen and a dining conservatory opening to small sunny patio with BBQ, patio furniture and sunbeds with distant sea views There is off-street parking available. TT 26 Motorhome near grandstand

Located in Douglas, it is a 5 minute walk from the grandstand. The motorhome is hooked up to electricity and is parked on my drive. It has a double bed and 2 x single bunks. Its also possible to make the table into a small double. Happy to arrange access to hot showers in the house, including washer machine and tumble.
