Stay at our family cottage where you are footsteps to the water, Pancake House, ice cream, Lake House Casino, beach, park, restaurants, and all Sylvan Beach has to offer. Rent a pontoon, kayak or bike at Sylvan Beach Supply Co. Rest in the spacious master king bed with a lake view. Or choose the queen, full, or two twin beds. Dining seats 10 plus 4 barstools. 2 full bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, AC, fans, heat, Wifi, 2 Roku TVs, games, and fireplace for year round use. It's lake time!

Get ready to park the car and leave it in the driveway for a getaway at this charming and cozy, 100 year old beach cottage. Completely updated furnishings and appliances bring a modern touch to a classic by the beach. Step out the door and you’re a half block from Main St., Sylvan Beach and less than 2 blocks to the water. Enjoy shopping, dining and exploring without the hassle of finding or paying for beach parking. Getting in the car at the end of your stay might feel awkward!

The Innkeeper's House. 2 bed, 1 bath

The Innkeeper's House located in Westernville, NY. There is SO MUCH to explore in this small town. Ski, tube, cross-county ski, snowmobiling or snowshoe. The Innkeeper’s House is located directly across from Woods Valley Ski Area. Swim, kayak, hike and walk at Delta Lake State Park, only 2 minutes away! You can jump on the Mohawk Trail to bike or hike or catch the falls just 10 minutes away at Pixley Falls. Looking for a quieter stay? Check out our local library in town.

The Spencer at Verona Beach

Sylvan-Verona Beach is the destination place to be in central New York. The Spencer is a comfortable 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment located on the relaxing south side of the bridge just walking distance over from Sylvan Beach and all the action ranging from not only a beautiful sandy beach, many family owned restaurants, a lovely carousel, the Lake House Casino, an old time amusement park and many shops. The State Park is just south in walking distance as well.

Enjoy a peaceful getaway from your every day hustle and bustle! Our cabin is located in close proximity to everything ADK. Enjoy access to nearby lakes, hiking trails and outdoor attractions. There is also access to the NYS snowmobile trail system directly from the property. White Lake Access! When you rent our cabin, renter's will have access to White Lake. Kayaks/SUP boards permitted! Pets are not allowed at the lake. Message us for more info.

Oneida Lake Cabin: 5 beds, WiFi, parking (pets OK)

A bunkhouse/cabin on Oneida Lake, with lake access and a new dock (in season). The cabin has five single beds, a fridge and a large bathroom (with multiple sinks, toilets & warm showers). There is WiFi, a TV, radio, etc. Guests have used the cabin as a base for boating, fishing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, or as a peaceful place to stay while in the area for work. There is a BBQ grill and a large fire pit on the grounds for guest use.
