Definitely a place worth staying! The apartment was really beautiful and clean. You will find everything you need on a daily basis in the apartment. The location is perfect as well. Very close to the sea and beaches and local shops. Martina was very kind and helpful. For sure coming back in the future!

Der Aufenthalt in Kali bei Tina war richtig schön. Wir haben den Ausblick der Terrasse sehr genossen und konnten die Umgebung gut zu Fuß erkunden. Die Wohnung war in einem sehr tollen Zustand und auch der Kontakt zu Tina war sehr unkompliziert. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen lieben Dank! :)

We had a wonderful stay at the property. Stunning views from the balcony and a beautiful apartment with everything you may need. Short walking distance to a beautiful beach. Extremely helpful staff that were available 24/7. Highly recommend!

Dino was a warm-hearted, friendly and responsive host, who helped to make our stay extra memorable. We enjoyed the nearby beach, well shaded balcony with sea view and a local evening/ night stroll along the waterfront to a nearby and tasty restaurant. The local addresses there may not necessarily run in sequential order, so we suggest entering "Apartments ANDI Punta Skala" into Google Maps for more accurate directions.

We had a Nice stay. It was at the beginning of the season so it was nice and calm. The house is located on the beach. There’s a gym and sauna so that was great to start the day off and go for a swim. House is nice. Everything you need is there and around the house. Market is around the corner. Zadar is +- 20 min drive away. Recommend. 👍🏼

We enjoyed our stay. View from the window is beautiful, children and dog explored the tiny “island” nearby. We have never been in seaside apartment with so well equipped kitchen- there was everything, even dishwasher, mixer, citrus squeezer, toaster etc. and basic ingredients like salt, sugar, vinegar, oil; herbs are growing around the house. There are a lot of cuddling cats on the island and nice hiking trails for us who come out of the season. Ivo welcomed us warmly and was useful when we needed info about doctor on the island- there is doctor in Žman and in Sali. Great vacation overall.

We had a great stay in Karmen's place. The balcony view is simply fantastic and the fact that you walk 1 min to the beach was outstanding. The neighborhood is calm and not overcrowded. We loved the crystal water of all beaches nearby and the bakery next door which was our breakfast spot every day. The Internet is super fast and perfect for remote work. Last but not least, Karmen is a fantastic host, very friendly and helpful. We felt in love with Zadar and we would definitely want to come back soon 😍

I highly recommend this stay at Vladimir and Vera's apartments in Zadar. The apartment itself was everything you could need - it was spotlessly clean, private, decorated so very beautifully, with great attention to detail in traditional Croatian style. The apartment has off-street parking. Impaired mobility note - the apartment I stayed in was on the second floor, with no lift. Both Vladimir and Vera were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was absolutely amazing. Beautiful views from the apartment, and surrounded on 3 sides by beaches within walking distance. Zadar is a lovely city, with so many things to do and see. 100% recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Damir's place. The island is quiet and beautiful, the house had everything we needed, and Damir was a wonderful host who went out of his way to make sure we had a good experience. He personally took us to the island by ferry, had some welcome drinks waiting for us, organized parking for my cousin's car in Zadar and even stopped by to make us dinner one day. The sea was right in front of the house. We enjoyed the seating area under the pine trees. The walk around the island is really nice, and there are good swimming and snorkeling spots to check out. The island has a great restaurant - great food, decent prices, and Damir made sure to introduce us to the owner. We did a lot of cooking at the house - make sure to shop beforehand, no stores on the island (ferry to Preko or Zadar comes several times a day if you need to go shopping). We had a wonderful time and will always remember this fantastic experience.

Die Unterkunft war echt schön. Wir waren zu 7. dort und durch die getrennten Wohnungen hatte man auch abends immer seine Ruhe. Die Küchen sind super ausgestattet und hat das Kochen für 7 Personen sehr schön gemacht. Vor allem das Beach House bietet sich super dafür an. Der Pool war auch immer sauber und ist ein schönes extra gewesen. :) Die Unterkunft ist fußläufig 15-20 Minuten von der Fähre entfernt, was es uns einfach gemacht hat, auch mal einen Tag in Zadar zu verbringen. Einkaufen waren wir immer bei TOMMYS, der ist auch 15 Minuten entfernt aber es gibt auch näher gelegen viele andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir würden die Unterkunft bei Andrea auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen! :)

Dali was wonderful and gave us a warm welcome. She was there to clean the pool and answer any questions we had about the area. Very friendly and kind. The house was comfortable and well equity with everything we wanted and more! We had a wonderful stay and everyone enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach!

Sanja is a great host and the place is perfectly clean. It's a cosy place right next to the sea. My mom and I were very happy with it 😊

Ante and his mom are great hosts. Our stay in Villa Abbalina was marvelous. The house is located near the beach. To the public beach we had 5 minutes walk. In the house was everything needed to prepare food. We had small issue at the beginning of our stay but Ante reacted immediately and sorted out the problem very quickly. Fully recommend this place and very kind hosts. Thank you!

Nika Marias kleines Haus ist gemütlich und äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zum Wohlfühlen. Wir waren drei Erwachsene, Elternpaar u Tochter, und ein kleiner Hund. Das war perfekt. Die Küche war besonders gut und modern ausgestattet, vielleicht etwas wenig Arbeitsfläche, kleiner Esstisch. In Fußnähe am Strand sind zwei tolle Restaurants - Taverna (Reservier. nötig) und Niko (äußerst zuvorkommende u fröhlichfreundliche Bedienung) - was uns gerne aufs Kochen verzichten ließ. Nika Maria kontaktierte uns immer zeitgerecht, um uns nötige Informationen zukommen zu lassen und reagierte sehr flott und zuvorkommend auf Nachfragen unsererseits. Sie sorgte mit ihrer herzlichen Art dafür, dass wir uns gut entspannen konnten. Wir genossen ein paar tolle Strandtage am türkisfarbenen und glasklaren Meer. Die Innenstadt ist sogar ohne Auto erreichbar, da der Bus direkt von Diklo wegfährt, der bis lang in die Nacht fährt, was das mühsame Parkplatz Suchen im schönen Zentrum Zadars erspart. 🫶

Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, liegt ruhig gelegen und das Bett ist sehr komfortabel! Sanda war schon beim Check-In sehr lieb und bemüht mich auf alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel hinzuweisen. Als ich krank geworden bin und keine Apotheke in der Nähe mehr geöffnet war, hat sie mir sogar etwas von ihrer Medizin geschenkt. Der EINZIGE Nachteil ist (wie so häufig auf der Insel) das die kleinen Gassen nicht gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen sind und der private Parkplatz für größere Autos eher keine Option ist. Aber auch dafür konnte Sanda in Vergangenheit wohl eine Lösung finden. Ansonsten sind Wohnung und Gastgeberin ganz wunderbar und sehr zu empfehlen! Persönliche Highlights der Umgebung: Fort St Michael und Srdela Snack ❤️

Przepiekne miejsce z cudownym widokiem na Zadar i pobliskie wyspy. Mieszkanie czyste, gustownie urządzone na wysokim standardzie. Jacuzzi do dyspozycji przez cały czas. Przemiła Pani Marina, która dbała o nasz komfort każdego dnia. Wypożyczalnia rowerów tuż obok. Cudowne miejsce na relaks dla każdego.

My family stayed here for four weeks. Mirjana's house was perfect for a long stay because the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. You may find more supplies than you expect. Since we are Asian, making Western dishes isn't always easy, but the kitchen tools made it much easier. The place itself was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and her sister, who lives on the floor right below, was always ready to help. The house is near Borik Beach, which is great fun for kids. We'd love to come back here someday. Thank you 😊

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

Uns hat es sehr gefallen in Preko und in der Unterkunft von Lucija. Wir wurden mit leckerem Apfelstrudel, Wein, Brot und einer Käse- und Wurstplatte von Lucijas Vater empfangen. Lucija ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns bei allen Fragen in kürzester Zeit weitergeholfen.

Děkujeme za skvělou dovolenou v Kožinu, v moc hezkém a útulném ubytování, s možností procházek podél pobžeží a výběrem mnoha míst ke koupání. Stephanie reagovala na zprávy ihned a vyřešila vše co jsme potřebovali. Mohu jen doporučit.

Miejsce blisko morza - 30-50 m. Miejsce na auto przy budynku. Sklep 600 m. Słońce i woda czego chcieć więcej 😉. Gospodarze gdzieś w cieniu a wszystko na miejscu i o czasie 👍 Polecam i chętnie wybiorę się ponownie.

Apartmán a venkovní prostor je útulně a dokonale vybaven, je perfektně čistý a cítili jsme se v něm skvěle. Zrinka je velmi pozorná a citlivá hostitelka. Byli jsme absolutně spokojeni! Děkujeme za krásnou dovolenou!

The place was lovely. Had the convenience of being able to walk everywhere. Private and quiet the best location for a perfect vacation.
