Our charming newly painted two bedroom home has polished floorboards, high ceilings, picture rails, all the features you would expect of a 1940’s full brick Orange home. This is the front apartment of a two apartment house, both with separate entrances. Its ideally located in a quiet part of Orange, opposite Wade Park and the CBD a two block stroll away. The local pub and a number of great cafés are even closer. We have provided the essentials to make your stay in Orange very comfortable.

The well-appointed Studio provides an open-plan space to unwind and relax. Offering a comfortable king bed, apartment-controlled heating/air conditioning, kitchen with cooktop, fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave, ensuite bathroom with amenities and hair dryer, TV and internet access. A wardrobe, ironing board, iron, and private safe add to the convenience. Guests can access the in-house gym and BBQ area. A daily housekeeping service is included (excluding Sunday and public holidays).

House Halls on Sale Street

House Halls on Sale Street is an eclectic mixture of new, old and quirky. Being over 100 years old, built between the Victorian and the Federation era, I am comfortable, functional and very central to the Orange CBD. Purchased in 2020, I am a long term project and the forever home of Michael and Beck when they retire. My three bedrooms all have their own names: Elizabeth - blue, Victoria - orange, and Dorothy - pink (see if you can find her name in the cupboard!).
