Welcome to your clean and convenient hideaway, steps from Chapman University. Great location in Old Towne Orange. With plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. This private home features two spacious rooms with comfy beds, a full kitchen and roomy bathroom. There is also a small bonus office for your use. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. The location could not be better as the home is a stone's throw from Chapman University (just 1/2 a block) and is only 1 1/2 blocks from the Plaza and on a an Old Towne Orange Spoke street! Brand new carpet, paint and fresh linens! You will feel as if every detail has been thought of because it has! You will have access to the entire upstairs 2- bedroom (plus office room) apartment. Your private entrance is on the side of the home just up the brown staircase. Rafael is a favorite host here in Old Towne Orange. He is very responsive and helpful should you need anything yet he will never intrude. Within easy walking distance are fantastic coffee shops, restaurants, and antique shops. Unsurprisingly, Old Towne Orange has repeatedly been voted Orange County's 'Favorite Downtown'. Every Saturday, there's also a wonderful farmers' market nearby. Close to public transportation; most people love the walkability! Prices may vary with holidays and local events. Best Location In Downtown Costa Mesa B

The property is in a fantastic location in the middle of downtown Costa Mesa. Enjoy the convenience of walking a few minutes to have access to great food, shopping, entertainment, and public amenities such as a public library, pool, and park. The entrance/exit to the freeway is down the street, the beach is less than 2 miles away, we are 20 minutes from Disneyland, or enjoy a short walk to Triangle Square with a vibrant nightlife, theater, bowling, 24-hour Fitness, or In-n-Out across the street!

Highly event: go website surfcityusa Lovely a studio beach cottage to accommodate 2 guests (Queen-bed) with small kitchen, stove, refri, microwave. Conveniently 5-10 Min walk to Pacific City Shopping Center, Pacific Coast Highway, on the sand, Downtown Main Street and Huntington Beach Pier. It has private entrance with front door and back door ( little backyard , open space, share walk way in the back with neighbor). It is a small studio, remodel as our best, total appr 280 sqft .

★★★★★ I’m a Super host with over 1200 reviews and check out my other listing unit!! 5 miles to Disneyland, Angel Stadium, and Honda Center. The house is a couple blocks from Main Place Mall, Orange Outlet Shopping Center Chapman University and Orange Circle (Old Townes), which has all sorts of yummy places to eat and fun shops to browse. There are 22, 5 & 57 freeway within 1 mile range.
