Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located guest studio. Completely free standing and private for quiet stay. Outfitted like a hotel room there is a queen bed, bathroom, living area and kitchenette with private driveway. There is a 12 and one miniature oven that includes an air fryer feature, a blender and hot plate as well as a complete plate and utensil set. Simple meals will be easy to prepare. Cozy new Duplex located blocks away from Motiva and Sabine pass. Very convenient location for plant employees and people who love to come out and fish. There is a shared kitchen and laundry area. Each guest has a private Livingroom, bathroom and bedroom. In each of the bedrooms there is a door with a dead bolt leading into the kitchen/laundry area. These are the ONLY shared spaces. The rest is 100% private.
