Not to expect luxury, but a spacious, comfy, and clean haven to meet your needs if you are passing through or visiting the area for a few days and need a place to stay while visiting family or eudora farms. It features 2 bedrooms, with two queen beds and a twin trundle. It is a roomy home and has a full kitchen and dining. Master bedroom is on the ground floor, and both bathrooms. Minor step ups on ground floors.

Dockside Villa on lake Marion includes a boat slip just out the back door of condo. 1 king, 1 Queen: 2 private beds and 2 baths plus pull out sofa bed in living room. Condo is fully furnished which means it will sleep up to six comfortably for a family/friends, golfing-lake adventure. Bring your boat - keep it at the dock during your stay or rent a boat next door. The amenity package includes outdoor grills, walking trails, and a boat landing. 3 world class golf courses are 3 to 5 minutes away.

Ellzey Place is a peaceful spot where you can relax and unwind. Enjoy having a cup of coffee on the deck facing a spacious private back yard. There are lots of azaleas that bloom in season and pines swaying in the breeze. It is a charming apartment attached to the owner's house but has a private deck and entrance. It has been newly remodeled and delightfully decorated.

Bring or rent a boat and use the private boat landing and a dock to tie off. Condo is probably the nicest in the building!
