My husband Mike and I are artists. We searched for 10 years to find the perfect spot for our retirement years. We found 7 1/2 acres here, on the Central Coast, with spectacular views of verdant trees covering rolling hills that reach all the way to the distant mountains south and east of Arroyo Grande Village. Come and stay in our Guesthouse, relax, explore the property, walk the quiet country lanes. For a rural setting, we are surprisingly close to all amenities, beaches, and wineries.

Surrounded by ancient oaks, springtime wildflowers and songbirds, your Retreat has everything you'd possibly need: private entrance, full kitchen, double shower, laundry, fireplace, giant flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, private patio, covered carport, air conditioning, and a bottle of wine from a local winemaker. Minutes from vineyards, golf, restaurants and beaches.

Come relax and enjoy our peaceful home and outdoor spaces. We are located halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco. Here you can experience the beautiful Central Coast including wineries, Beaches, Cal Poly and golf courses. We are located in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to an organic blackberry farm. Easy access to the 101 Freeway, where you can easily visit Santa Barbara or Paso Robles wine regions. Our home is FULLY Air Conditioned and features a level 2 Tesla charger for EV cars.

Eagle Creek Ranch 1/2 Block from Bell Street

Eagle Creek Ranch is my special place. I fell in love with it and I knew it was for me. I continue to pour my heart into the property and I love to share with others. The wifi is good. Several times a year it might be out for a few hours or so . There is ample parking. You might see the resident bobcat and fox through every day. You’re a 10 second walk from downtown Bell Street. Freeway, east of property, can be heard on north side of house only. Small gatherings allowed (w/ permission).

Enjoy a little getaway in this cottage by the beach. It’s cozy and simple with all the features of comfort. Walking to the beach is a just a short stroll down a windy little road filled with cool beach vibes. Cross a little wooden bridge and walk down a block or two and you are right in front of the Oceano dunes. Plan a bonfire and make s’mores on the beach. Or better yet, stay at the little cottage, grab a bottle of wine and enjoy a fire pit right outside your bedroom door.

The two-bedroom one-bath cottage is located halfway between Solvang and the quaint town of Los Olivos. Stroll remote country lanes and enjoy views of rolling hills and the nearby goats, llamas and horses!

Escape to Castlebrook Cabin, a private retreat in See Canyon surrounded by apple orchards and vineyards. Walk to Gopher Glen Apple Farm or reach Avila Beach in 10 minutes for kayaking, fishing, and the Bob Jones Trail. Cottage at Lavender Oaks Farm

The Cottage at Lavender Oaks Farm is a wonderful peaceful guest house on a 5 acre lot. You’ll find a 780 sq.Ft indoor space with a private deck, giant oak trees and a beautiful view of the garden outside. The sunny open floor plan has a queen-sized bed, a couch, 2 loveseats a dining area and kitchen. The Cottage accommodates two adults. I will accept pets on a case-by-case basis.

This Pasadera home has three bedrooms two and a half bathrooms with a loft which has a fold out couch. The downstairs couch will sleep 2 more if needed so 9 people will fit. It’s just a few miles away from Trilogy and Blacklake golf course, the beach, shopping , golf courses and many wineries! It’s a perfect beach community. About 20 minutes to Vandenburg Air Force base.
