The house is fully equipped with air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen (cooktop, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave), a big-screen TV with cable and streaming services, and Wi-Fi. You will have a private entrance and terrace with a retractable awning. Private parking and a shared laundry room are included.

This apartment is located on the 2nd and highest floor and consists of two bedrooms each with it's private bathroom and exit to the big balcony with seating arrangements and amazing panoramic sea views. The kitchen and living area exit to the 2nd balcony with both hill and sea views. They aren't air-conditions (ventilators only), but both rooms have their own AC.
