You’ll feel totally secure with the gated parking for 2 cars. Relaxing sunsets on the balcony. The property is excellent for couples, solo adventurers, and business people.

Half mile to village centre with Tesco and two pubs. Easy drive to Poole, Wareham, Corfe Castle, Dorchester , Bournemouth and Dorset’s stunning Jurassic coast. Great touring centre. Adults only. Ideally situated on the outskirts of the Historic town of Wareham, the gateway to the Jurassic coast, within easy reach of Durdle door, Swanage, Lulworth Cove, Corfe castle and the Studland peninsular. There is a bus stop and 2 local shops a short walk away, and Wareham train station is within 1 mile. Wareham forest, with bike tracks/walking trails is accessed at the end of the road.

All on the first floor with separate entrance - we live downstairs. Adaptable - contact to discuss more than three guests. Consists of two double bedrooms (one regular double and one small double bed), shower room and separate living area. Living/dining space has small kitchenette area with a fridge, microwave, kettle, single hob and toaster plus dining table for four. Also has small lounge area with a Smart TV.. High speed WiFi, central heating, off road parking (subject to vehicle size).

Although the Annexe is part of our family home, we no longer live in the house & the property is only for guests staying at the annexe. During your stay explore the Dorset coast & forests, eat delicious meals at our local restaurants & pubs, spend a relaxing evening in fully covered hot tub surrounded by festoons lights, or spend the afternoon in the garden. The Annexe is a couple minutes walk away from pubs, restaurants, M&S & Tesco & lovely woodland walks. Sky sports is include.

The Garden Room is a cosy and welcoming private place to stay perfect for getaways. Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty close to the coast, it is scrupulously clean & is tastefully decorated with a pretty view from the south facing window. Tea/coffee making facilities, a light breakfast of pastry, fruit & yogurt is available in the room. You will feel very comfortable in a stylish space in lovely surroundings. Also use of a pretty patio, parking space & fridge.
