Excellent place, much bigger than we thought it would be. Great location.

Kathy was proactive, texting me vs using the app to ensure i saw her messages. The instructions were helpful and the place was exactly what we needed. Constructive feedback: We couldn’t find garbage bags to take the trash out so if we stayed longer that would be a welcome addition. Overall great stay and would definitely book again!

Je donnerais la note de 8/10 L'endroit était accueillant et il y avait un cadeau d'accueil qui m'attendait. Le propriétaire est très accessible et réponds rapidement. C'était très propre Les rénovations semble récente, par contre en tant que travailleur de la construction, je peux dire que ça semble avoir été faite vite. L'extérieur est dû. Possitif Près de tout Distance à pied du centre ville Cuisine complète Chaisse Massante Très grand et Chaleureux Négatif Stationnement dans la rue, souvent indisponible près du logement mais généralement à moins de 2 minutes de marche. La cours arrière n'est pas entretenu Plusieurs télévision, mais pas tous configuré à mon arrivé. Je vous le recommande

We had a wonderful stay at Amy’s place! The book nook was our favourite spot to relax, but the space had a super cozy couch as well. Overall the loft was very cozy, bright, and spacious. Lots of great books to browse as well. It’s the perfect location to walk around downtown Fredericton and admire all the beautiful architecture. Conveniently located across from Charlotte Street Arts Centre and Milda’s pizza. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nothing but great things to say about this unit! Any issues we’ve had were promptly resolved, even went above and beyond and found something I missed and rectified the issue!

Great place to stay, lots of space, storage and check in and out was easy. Jas was available and answered messages right away. It was just minutes from the city and loved that there was parking! Highly recommend!

Is it possible we give 5000 stars instead of just 5?! Sylvia, Paul and their place are hidden GEMs in Grand-Bay Westfield. We recently had the pleasure of staying at their wonderful, cozy place at Grand-Bay Westfield that felt like a home away from home. The space was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. Sylvia and Paul went above and beyond, were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to offer helpful tips about local area and ensure our stay was comfortable. Their warm hospitality made our experience truly memorable. We stayed there with our little one and our cat. They even prepared the house with extra equipment needed for a baby and a cat to be safe and comfortable. Thank you so much for providing such a lovely place to stay and being such gracious hosts. Take care of yourselves as well as lovely James, Maya, Whippy and Sam. Hopefully, we will have the chance to see you guys and stay at your place again. :)

The apartment was exactly as described, and is located in a beautiful part of Saint John within walking distance of amenities. Rachel was super quick to respond when I had a question about the heating. I would absolutely stay here again. Thanks so much Rachel and Kay!

Location! Location! beautiful penthouse with stunning views!! lots of stairs but we'll worth it. I could listen to the sound of the train horn in distance day and night. well worth the price!!

My adult son and I were in Fredericton for 1 week visiting family and needed a place to stay. I wanted a place were we could each have our own space. At Montclair's, we each had our own bedroom. Very spacious bedrooms, beds very comfortable. Nice bathroom, kitchen and living room. Our home away from home for 1 week. Location was perfect as it was a 1 minute drive from our family. Highly recommend for anyone.

Beautiful basement suite in uptown Saint John that felt like you were staying in a piece of maritime history.

We had a wonderful two nights at Michael’s Airbnb. The apartment was perfect for us and our two small children. They loved the hot tub and the play area under the stairs. Beds were very comfortable. Was easy to come and go. We will definitely return next time we are in the area!

Beautifully appointed and decadently large apartment well located to central St John. Unfortunately the Container Village wasn’t open yet but it’s just a couple of blocks away. The hot tub was fabulous and easy to use, and very private (no concern about being visible to neighbors). Heather was very responsive and helpful, and provided nice chocolates on the beds, plenty of coffee pods, and was generous with everything in the apartment. Expensive, but would stay again!

We absolutely loved this spot. There is so much thought put into all of the little details. Beautifully decorated, very clean and offers lots of little extra things to make you feel at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The hot tub is on a cute little deck right outside the bedroom overlooking a beautiful river. We would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I had a wonderful time spent at Danny’s stay. The view was incredible and backyard area was super inviting and peaceful. The stay was super comfortable and clean. Danny and Stephanie were great hosts, very responsive and friendly.
