Private and Secure with night guard inside a private community. 3 large Pool deck areas for sun bathing and drinks by the pool. Plenty of parking. This is a front row location directly behind the beaches sitting on the mountainside at a elevation of 125 feet above sea level with insane whitewater views up the coast for miles. The jungle bordering the property is teaming with wildlife including white-faced Capuchin monkey's, Howler Monkey's, Toucans, Scarlet Macaws, Iguanas, and hundreds of birds among others. 3 master suites each with their own private bath located on the first floor and 1 special ocean view master suite with private bath located on the second floor. (A lower level 5th bedroom suite can also be rented for additional cost of needed for groups of 10 or more.) We also have a high quality queen size inflatable mattress available if needed.  Full sized kitchen and dinning area located on the first floor as well as a living room area with flat screen Smart TV. We have just bought beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler to make your beach side lounging more comfortable! For families we have a high chair and fold out crib available. This home is built for entertaining the family and friends that come to visit our beautiful area of Costa Rica. Exterior soft lighting by the pool allows you to enjoy the perfect tropical weather and sea breeze all night long. A Beachfront bar and restaurant is located directly in front of the villa with live music Thursday and Friday. Just a short walk or drive to town is loaded with nightlife entertainment and music year round. This is a tropical paradise with miles of beaches to walk to from the villa. Our full service concierge can handle all of your expeditions, airport shuttles, rent a car, whale watching, fishing, massage, chef or maid service you name it. Desconecta de tus preocupaciones en este espacio tan amplio y sereno.Un lugar muy reservado, un vecindario tranquilo con personas muy gentiles y agradables. La zona es muy segura. El alojamiento se encuentra muy cerca de unas cafetería (TAGUA) y supermercado ( ORIGIN) que podrías ir hasta caminando que no vas a tardar ni 3 minutos. Las playas te quedan a 10 minutos en auto. Cataratas y ríos a 7 minutos. Vas a encontrar en la zona: restaurantes, farmacia, supermercados, parque para niños, etc.
