Escape to our very private, peaceful and quiet family cabin perched on a hilltop in the countryside of upstate NY. You'll unplug and watch birds from the porch, hear distant farm animals in the day and the coyotes and owls at night. A nature lovers retreat. There's plenty to do in the area as well. We're just south of the Finger Lakes and wine country, Watkins Glen International and The Gorge, Corning Museum of Glass and Market Street and countless state parks for hiking, biking, boating etc.

Microwave, gas grill, toaster oven, small fridge, electric heater, indoor off the grid toilet, wood stove & pet friendly experience for the whole family. Close to local country stores. Trailer included for parties of 5 or more.

Tioga County Base-Camp - "Black Bear Hollow"

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin. Our cabin is ideal for a quiet get-away for hunting, hiking, shooting, snowmobiling, ATV/UTV riding, fishing & star gazing. The cabin is located in an area only accessible via dirt roads. It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! We invite you to our cabin. Jan and Feb guest must have 4x4

Crows Nest, Pet-friendly, Private, Wooded Retreat

Pet friendly, air conditioned cabin with private fish pond (catch and release). Swimming is allowed (at your own risk). Miles of trails, and a million dollar view, total privacy, and glittering stars! Dark Sky area! Hiking, birding, x-country skiing, mt. biking. Near Genesee River. Fully furnished kitchen, deck with gas grill, H-Def TV/WiFi, campfire pit (wood provided). Sleeps eight. HUNTERS: 75 acres for deer & turkey hunting, 6 hunter max. Must sign waiver and check boundaries with us.

Pack up your fav food, ingredients n bevs for your friends n family. A new huge kitchen w/ all u would ever need to cook some great meals awaits you. A beautiful deck surrounds 1/2 the cabin/chalet and have the table set or cook on the grill while enjoying the sunset down on the NY /PA mountains. In the evening put a few logs in the wood burning stove and relax to the variety of streaming options on TV. I've made sure to have all the comforts of home here! Note ** Shed on prop is private

Cottage on the Crick-Sits right on Pine Creek

Cottage on the Crick is nestled between Pine Creek and Route 6. Located approximately 12 miles outside of the historic small town of Wellsboro, PA and just 10 miles away from the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon. Within walking distance of the Log Cabin Inn and Canyon Cruise where you can rent rafts, kayaks, canoes, and bicycles. Plenty of tourist attractions and things to do within a short drive. Or even just relax and enjoy Pine Creek right from the yard on the porch swing or hammock.

Sunset cabins

Nestled in the rolling hills of Jasper NY, is this cozy cabin. The perfect place to find rest and solitude. The cabin and pavilion were built from logs harvested from our own property and sawn on our saw mill. The pavilion is perfect for get togethers, with lights and outlets. Near by is an Amish community with local shops. also near tall pines atv park. Sit and relax on our front porch, enjoy nature, sunsets, and stargazing. Get a good nights rest under our homemade quilts.

Glenwood Cabin B

For your next getaway consider our Glenwood Cabin situated far enough from the road to offer you a retreat from everyday life. This cabin has 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, a full bath with washer and dryer, and your choice of three porches to sit and enjoy the great outdoors. It is nestled into the edge of our woods on a 186 acre farm in beautiful amish country. There are trails in the woods for you to meander. We also are adding a nice playset for your children to play.

Spacious! Light & Lovely Chateau

This airy vintage home on the outskirts of the quaint town of Mansfield. The dream living room has a dramatic two story wall of windows! We normally ask for two nights- however, if you need one night ask & you can possibly snag this lovely place for one night! Light & Lovely Chateau is close to all of the favorite destinations in the northern tier of Pennsylvania including Mansfield University. We try to ensure guests have a wonderful experience!
