Off the dining area is a ground floor bedroom with ensuite shower room, ideal for those who prefer not to climb stairs. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a twin with fitted wardrobe and vanity unit and double with freestanding pine furniture. There is also a nursery room and family bathroom. CH throughout.

Courage Cottage is a two bedroom detached barn conversion in a Georgian farmyard.The barn was converted in 2013 so has all modern conveniences including underfloor heating. It is very individual and situated in a quiet , rural setting. It has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The village of Martinstown has an excellent pub and shop. Above the property is the inner coastal path and Ridgeway walks. Nearby is beach access at Ringstead Bay and Osmington Mills. It is located next to numerous bridlepaths, perfect for avid walkers, cyclists and lovers of the countryside. We welcome any and all well behaved dogs. There are several pubs all within a 5 minutes distance by car, as well as our own farm cafe and shop located on the main road into Weymouth. Best ice-cream around.!
