Casetta Giardino - Little Oasis by The Sea

Casetta Giardino is a small stone guest house situated in the beautiful Mediterranean garden in a harbor of Nerezine, Lošinj island. Just few steps from the sea and beach, but hidden in the garden for full privacy, this cottage has so much outside area to enjoy: a very large garden and two terraces! Park your car here and walk to all the restaurants, shops, town square, beautiful beaches or just relax here... This little cottage (20 m2) has everything you need for a perfect holiday and more!

Our house is located on the island Cres. You can emerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings of untouched nature, breathing air flavoured by sea and mediterranean plants. This is an area with only a few houses, ideal for a peaceful holiday. You can enjoy swimming and snorkeling in the crystal clear sea overlooking the panoramic views of the island. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers.. The property is run by solar panels (limited use of electric)Max. 200 W Warm water during 24 h!

At Home

The house At Home, built in 2018, is located in the semimythical little town of Osor, which is a combination of centuries-old history and authentic Mediterranean charm. The house got its name because it wasn't originally planned for renting. We've built it for ourselves to fit into our family's Osor lifestyle, to give us everything we want, lots of private space for rest and family time. Experience the life of mellow Mediterranean as if you really lived there – be At Home.

The house has two floors, a kitchen and a living room are together (cca 50 m2), 2 bathrooms with shower, there is an air conditioning on both flors, downstairs are 3 bedrooms. A terrace 130 m2, shower, grill, dining place, sunbathing area... Facilities: a fan, an iron, a coffee maker, toaster, stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, wifi, sat tv, radio -10 min to center of Mali Lošinj by walk -2 km to center of Veli Lošinj -beach 5 m

One-bedroom residence

This charming 50 m² apartment, part of Galboka Residence, offers a 24 m² terrace, private entrance, and secluded garden or terrace with sea views. It includes a bright living area with open kitchen, one double and one single bedroom, and a bathroom with walk-in shower. Guests share the pool, outdoor kitchen, and vegetable garden, while SUPs and bicycles are free to use. Ideal for a relaxing stay.

There is a small village, on the beautiful island of Cres, named Plat. Maybe the best way to describe it would be a verse which our grandmother used to recite us as she was so nostalgic for her childhood in this peaceful place: “Plat ride e tace, Plat è sempre in pace” / “Plat laughs and remains silent, Plat is always quiet”/

Lopari studio apartment 19, Lošinj

Vintage 80's studio apartment for 2-4 on the island Losinj, in a summer resort Lopari. The apartment is 50m from the pebbled beach with market, bar and a restaurant in the vicinity. The resort is 1km away from the beautiful town of Osor, 2km away from Nerezine and 18km away from the island's capital Mali Losinj.

House with fantastic view. It is possible to access by car and leave it on private parking place. Beach is 200 m away from the house, down the hill. You will probably be alone on the beach. House is 3 km away from "civilization".
