The studio has beautiful views across farmlands to the Tararua Mountain Ranges and sea views the other side. A 10min stroll takes you to our picturesque beach, via scenic walkways. Peka Peka Beach is great for swimming, walking, or just sitting and relaxing. There are masses of tracks and trails accessible from here and within the Kapiti area, for biking and walking or tramping. A trip to Kapiti Island from Paraparaumu, is a must for nature lovers. For those wanting a more relaxed stay, there are really good cafes and restaurants nearby. Harrison's Garden Cafe in Peka Peka, is great and there is a good variety of eateries at Waikanae Beach. The Shoreline Cinema in Waikanae Township, 5 mins drive away, also for coffee and cake, or well selected wines.

Comfy Kiwi bach one block back from the beautiful & quiet Te Horo beach. Fully fenced garden, great for kids or pets. Modern kitchen complete with dishwasher. Heatpump to keep the whole house warm. Recently decorated & updated. Two separate bedrooms, one with a comfy queen bed & the other with two singles. Both have bedside cabinets and drawer storage. Sunny, fully fenced section with a swing & pirate boat to keep the kids entertained. Spacious deck for alfresco meals & relaxing in the sun.

The Shed - a contemporary annex near the beach

A multi purpose contemporary space. It offers a seperate bedroom and bathroom. In the living area there is a double sofabed, seating and dining plus a 75 inch smart TV and Sky TV. The bedroom has a TV with chromecast . Guests are welcome to use the outdoor area and spa pool located next to the main house. A continental breakfast is supplied. Close to beach, shops, cafes and restaurants. We have 2 German Spitz dogs, very friendly. 2 adults will be considered a couple unless otherwise stated.

Charming self-contained upstairs suite, full of light, with lovely outlook on our beautiful seaside village. Five minutes walk to beach and Queen Elizabeth Park, a wonderful forest and dune environment great for walks, biking, picnics. Lively village centre 1.5 kms away, with a well stocked local shop, a fruit and veg shop, 3 cafes and a family friendly pub, railway station, regular music gigs and starting point for the famous Escarpment walk. It is an easy train or drive to Wellington.
