Situated 15 metres from the main house, the unit is private and secure, with car park alongside unit. Easy entry - just walk in, there is a key inside. Good wifi, modern TV, microwave, jug, breakfast in the fridge - cereal, milk.

Rural farmhouse.

This house is situated on a working farm so on occasion there will be stock work nearby, (with the accompanying acoustics) other times it will be just the surrounding rural views to keep you company. The property is located within minutes from the Waitomo Glowworm Caves and all the other attractions that this region offers. Spend a couple of nights and visit the West Coast eg Kawhia with it's great fishing or dig your own hot pools. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room.

We love that it's countryside but super handy if you want to pop into town for something. All newly refurbished in a modern simple clean style, we know you are going to enjoy your stay here. This studio can sleep up to 4. Very handy to Waitomo, Te Kuiti and Otorohanga to make it an excellent base for exploring the region. Waitomo Caves is only 10 minutes away so it's an easy start for the first tour of the day, or not far to get home after the last tour of the day. Only an hour to Hobbiton.

Accommodation is a single room situated approximately 15m from main house with a parking area right by unit and offers everything you will need for a comfortable nights stay. Continental breakfast is provided. Also available if required we have a pull out single bed which would be more suited for a child.

We are also located along the Te Araroa track an ideal place to stop between Waitomo and Pureora Forest.
