Il monolocale Primula è un’ottima soluzione per viaggiatori singoli o coppie che vogliano passare del tempo nella natura avendo a disposizione i servizi di un piccolo centro. Dispone di un letto matrimoniale, un divano( a richiesta letto) una cucina attrezzata, bagno con doccia e una zona living con caminetto , climatizzatore. Dal terrazzo si può godere di un piacevole panorama. La connessione Wi-Fi lo rende ideale per lo smartworking. Di fronte all’appartamento è disponibile un’area giochi.

Prestigioso appartamento con terrazza privata con vista mozzafiato a due passi dalla Chiesa della Salute. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50 € per tutto il gruppo e per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno. I vostri dati sono condivisi solo con la Polizia e la Municipalità. A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.

An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
