Situato nel cuore di Prati ,un quartiere centrale di Roma , a pochi minuti dalle strade famose di shopping e dalle fermate metro Ottaviano o Lepanto . La Citta di Vaticano è raggiungibile in 15 min a piedi . Intorno si trovano negozi , bar, ristoranti ,forno , supermercati . Distante 2 min. dall'appartamento si trova Prati Bus District location per eventi , mostre e fiere.

Stazione FL3 per il centro e Parcheggio recintato

Una verde oasi in città priva di rumori, con un ampio terrazzo soleggiato e 400 metri di giardino. Il parcheggio è recintato e chiuso da un cancello. Il treno metropolitano FL3 è a 400 metri e ha stazioni di collegamento con le altre metro (A e B) per giungere a Fontana Trevi, Colosseo etc. Giunge in 20 minuti a San Pietro, in 25 minuti a Trastevere . I bambini dispongono di altalene, cavalluccio e porta di calcio.
