Sarir muhteşem bir ev sahibiydi. Her sorumuza hızlı bir şekilde çözüm odaklı dönüşler sağladı. Evde ihtiyaç olabilecek hersey düşünülmüştü. Temizlik konusunda hiç sorun yaşamadık. Bu güzel deneyim için Sarir'e tesekkur ederiz.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment in beautiful Cyprus—it felt like home from the moment I arrived. Spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need, from hot water and working appliances to a fancy kitchen, cozy beds, and a spacious balcony. What made it even more special was Elias, our amazing host—attentive, kind, and always available, even recommending a fantastic local cleaning service that was well worth it. A modem, cozy, and seamless experience I’d happily repeat—highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Menelaos' lovely apartment. It was clean, modern and a great size for a couple. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves. It is located in a handy location for exploring Nicosia and there were good cafes and restaurants nearby, and a well-stocked supermarket around the corner. We were especially grateful to Menelaos for his flexibility to store our luggage until late afternoon. He was friendly and a prompt communicator. I can highly recommend this apartment and will stay there again if I return to Nicosia.

Pathos and Marianna were amazing hosts, went over and above on many occasions. The condo was beautiful, tons of space and nicely appointed. Neighbourhood is not but not much going on about a 20 minute walk to the ocean. Other than that, it was perfect.

Our stay at Elena’s could not have been better! The process was faultless - from start to finish. Elena was very communicative and helpful. We even ordered some groceries for our arrival. In gene Elena was so lovely and went above and beyond in every way, offering a flexible check in. The flat was clean and looked exactly like the photos. The beds were comfy and the pillows too. The couch had snuggle blankets which was very cosy. The kitchen was well set up with everything you could possibly want or need. We used the washing machine and dryer and it worked perfectly. The view from the balcony was amazing! And the suburb of Strovolos is so peaceful and felt very safe. It was a short walk to the bakery and other shops etc which was good. Honestly I can’t recommend his place, and host enough! When I return to Nicosia in the future I was most definitely stay here again! Thank you so much Elena!!

Unsere Gastgeberin war wie die Unterkunft...... PERFEKT!!! Indre hat uns immer mit den aktuellen News der Anlage versorgt. Die Unterkunft war so schön und praktisch für mich und meine Familie. Ob das Fitnessstudio, die Spielplätze oder die direkte Lage zum Strand, für Kinder, Paare es ist einfach für alle was dabei. Indre ist mehr als bemüht. Als wir was zum Reparieren hatten, hat sie sofort alles veranlasst. Alle Angestellten der Anlage waren sehr freundlich und bemüht Ich und meine Familie können das Appartement und die gesamte Anlage nur empfehlen. Wir kommen sicher wieder!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely charming, comfortable house filled with beautiful collections, every where you look something interesting to look at. Paolo is a lovely host, very responsive and helpful. The bed and couches all super comfy. Stayed here a month and hope to be back!

This is the most wonderful villa and the word villa doesn’t really do it justice - the space both internally and the public areas are fabulous. All the bedrooms have sitting rooms with kitchen areas - the a/c worked beautifully and everywhere was sparkling. The swimming pool is large and the sitting areas are perfect - we were in Cyprus for a wedding and the experience of staying in the villa added greatly to the happiest time for us all. In fact, no one wanted to leave! Although this is called a villa I would describe it more as a small, peaceful hamlet where one can join in the activities and retire to the quietest charming mini apartments. I really cannot recommend this wonderful place enough. Many, many thanks to the hosts for adding so much value to our visit. Absolutely worth every penny.

Elena was very helpful in a difficult time we were visiting my husband each day in hospital. The house was very comfortable and the beds the same..It was very spacious with a nice feel about it lots of different areas to sit.We had a small problem which was resolved immediately. There was lots of lovely bits left in cupboard from previous guests and a bottle of water in the fridge for us.Take lots of mossie repellent we got badly bitten in the garden lots of bushes and plants and surrounding trees etc.The area was nice to walk with lots of places for coffee a great little park 10 mins walk the museum close by. There is a school behind property which they constantly ringing the bell ! but it didn't really bother us.Lots of places to park and a nice area .Thank you for hosting us in difficult circumstances.

Place was lovely,exactly as pictured. Good location, supermarket straight across the road and close to all shops/restaurants,all within 5 min walk. Had all equipment you would need for your stay ie hairdryer,iron, washing machine,kettle coffee machine etc Great place to go and enjoy a nice relaxing holiday or busy if you want to make it,plenty to do in area. Will defo be back in future

I like Tasoula's place and I prefer to stay here when I am in Lefkosia. The place is very close to the Cyprus Institute, and it is a very peaceful and quite place. This time I was together with my kids, it was super place staying in this place, so they can also enjoy the outside. The house has everything that you need. We had an absolutely wonderful 16-day stay at this fantastic accommodation in Cyprus with our two children. The place was perfect for a family – spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was excellently equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable for us during our stay. The host was incredibly friendly and always responded very quickly to any questions we had – truly outstanding hospitality. We had a completely relaxing and carefree time here, and we can recommend this place without hesitation.

Gemütlich, nicht weit vom Strand (ca. 5 Min mit 2 kleinen Kinder) und von der Stadt (ca. 15 Min zu Fuß). Disco für die Kinder und musikalische Abenden konnten wir im nebenstehensen Hotel besuchen. Bequim für die Familien mit den Kinder. Viel Spaziergangzönen. Alles super gewesen!

This is our second time that we have stayed at Zoe's house and have been so happy with the property. It has great location to many restaurants in and around Oroklini not forgetting the lovely beaches. Hoping to return very soon. Thanks again Zoe x.

The apartment is not suitable for winter trips. The cold floor and the room itself, even the air conditioner doesn't save. The sofa is not very comfortable, it squeaks hard. The bed in the bedroom is good. The house and the location are excellent.

Had a great two weeks in Dominika's apartment. It's just two minutes walk from UCLAN cyprus which is where my daughter is studying and who we were visiting. Pyla is a small village but we hired a car and visited Aiya Napa, Protoras, Lefkara, Limosol and Nicosia. The pool is lovely. It's a very quiet location. The balcony is a sun trap. Comfey beds and welll equipped apartments. The Happy Nest is a lovely local place to eat.

The host was very friendly and provided all the information required. Place was clean and well located. Would recommend.

The place is 10 minute walk from beach and main restaurants. Pharmacy and small market also nearby. Bigger market is 15min walk. We had spare towels and bed linen. 2 double bedrooms with one ensuite and other with separate bathroom, both with good sized shower. There is a pool, I was spectical about the noise from people using the pool, but users seemed to respect the neighbour hood. Although if they were noisy, it couldnt be heard from bedrooms. Ac, hot water, water pressure all good. Kitchen was fully equipped and also extra detailed accessories like bags, baking sheet etc were provided. Large refrigerator and good sized freezer. Good sized modern smartTv and sofas were good. Appartement had good elevator and no noise can be heard of neighbours. We had a toddler with us and cot was good equipped with small pillow as well. Place also has very good storage/wardrobes for clothes and accessories. Full cleaning equipment was provided which it was good for us, having a toddler. PERFECT

My father and I visited for a sightseeing trip and chose this apartment based on its great reviews—it truly delivered. Ozi was incredibly helpful from the start, with clear check-in instructions and great communication in fluent English. The apartment was spotless, with fresh linens and a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee maker, tea, etc.). The smart TV was a nice touch for relaxing evenings. Located perfectly between the old city and the modern part, everything was within walking distance, yet parking was available. Ozi checked in daily to ensure our comfort. A truly enjoyable and stress-free stay—highly recommended!
