The Cottage is perfect for remote work (high speed WI-FI/VPN/ethernet) and is a great value with features like a king bed in a cozy bedroom with blackout - perfect for sleeping . The full kitchen is great for cooking with fresh coffee. Adventures galore!

Located on Spring Creek, one of Tennessee's designated State Scenic Rivers, this property offers over 2,000 ft of river frontage, including 2 waterfalls. You'll have the entire custom-built suite to yourself with amazing views out every window. We live on top of the hill and are available if you need anything.

Quaint older home where you can be downtown in 10 minutes for shopping and eating. The home is located just 4.5 miles from TTU on Hilham Rd. It’s on a 2 lane state highway. For the kids a pack n play and gates provided!(also used for dogs) Algood City Park is 4.5 miles away & Dogwood Park is within 6 miles. Want to get outdoors? Cummins Falls State park is 7 miles down the road! Lets not forget you can work out at Crossfit Mayhem. Its just a 10 minute drive.

Cabin on the Hill

The little log cabin that Barnwood Builders helped build! That's right. In 2019 Barnwood Builders, along with another local team, came to Cookeville to help sort the pieces of a 1800's log cabin. Then, we took over and built out this stellar, modern space with elevated furnishings. Your family and friends will never want to leave this relaxing oasis.
