Cosy and peaceful West End Attic flat.

Welcome to this stylish little jewel of tranquility, centrally located flat, in the heart of the west end of Glasgow. Our attic flat has a maximum capacity for 2 adults, but is also perfect for a small family e.g 2 adults & an infant. The blonde sandstone, category A listed townhouse is around 170 years old. There are about 72 steps up to the flat door (which includes a quirky 24 step spiral stair at the end) and there isn’t a lift. The 180 year old Botanic Gardens are about 100yds away.

The cobbled lane has street lighting, a number of mews cottages and is widely used especially during the day. Living room/ kitchen has full cooking facilities as well as washing machine and iron/ board. Bedroom is split into main area and alcove with a mattress on floor, could be used by 3rd person (eg child) by agreement.
