Delightful 1 bedroom detached studio with private entrance and onsite parking. Character, spacious open plan living, beautifully furnished, vaulted ceilings and large walk-in shower room. Outside seating area with lovely views over main garden. Ideal for a relaxing break with local walks and renowned country pub less than a 10 min walk. Brightwell Baldwin is a small hamlet close to the market and historic town of Watlington. Henley-on-Thames and Oxford City Centre are a short drive away.

The Crofts Studio is very "bijou"...a lovely small but perfectly formed annexe, with its own entrance and off street parking. A standard double bed, very comfortable for a solo traveller and cosy for a couple... Our place is complete with en-suite shower room (washing machine and dryer, available to guests staying more than one night ) A compact kitchenette with breakfast bar and stools…. Close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds

Secret little hideaway - with proximity to Oxford

Situated on the Oxfordshire/ Cotswold borders this wonderful property sits in the middle of the village of Cassington. The property is self-catering- but the village boasts two pubs, one caters food. There are no other amenities but a short 5 minute drive will take you to the village of Eynsham or Yarnton where you can get most things. Property is an 8 minute drive to the Blenheim Palace, or walking out of the village you can catch a bus to Oxford city, or the historic town of Witney.

There are excellent transport links into Oxford city centre, London and major airports.

Close to the centre of Chadlington and the nearby Cafe, which offers breakfasts and light meals, the Tite Inn and local deli and butcher's shops, the Studio offers peaceful and comfortable self-contained accommodation in a lovely garden setting at Sandys House (Grade 2 listed) including kitchen, shower-room and living / creative space with wifi. Bright and airy, the annexe is brilliantly located in the historic part of the village, lovely local pubs and the award winning Norsk cafe are just a short walk away. Just a 10 minute walk from Haddenham mainline train station giving easy access London (40 mins) and Oxford (25 mins). Direct trains to Bicester Village take just 14 minutes.

Accessed via its own door (mind your head!) a small entrance hall leads into a kitchen area, a shower room and on into a large south facing bedroom with high ceilings and large windows overlooking the front lawn of the main house.
