Luxurious newly-renovated Cottage in prime location in Westport's historic district. Studio with queen-sized bed, kitchen (w/fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, Keurig), full bathroom, A/C, fireplace, W&D, TV, WiFi (w/Amazon Fire Stick). Parking for one car. Back-up generator. Within stone's throw of Hudson Malone, Outpost Pizza, Merritt Country Store, Coffee An' Donut Shop and Grapevine liquor store. Just a short stroll on the sidewalk to downtown Main Street's shops and restaurants.

Our lovely cottage is as beautiful and peaceful as the photos. With gorgeous water views, it's a wonderful place to relax, walk on the beach, cook dinner and drink wine while watching the sun set. It's cozy and unforgettable, just 90 minutes from Grand Central on Metro North. First bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom has a full-size bed. An extra-long twin in a quiet corner of the living area is both a daybed and extra accommodation. The bathroom has a shower and claw foot tub.

With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, our lovingly restored mid-century modern beach house offers an open flow and airy feel thats perfect for relaxing and reconnecting. Comfortable for 2-7 people. Not ideal for small children or guests with limited mobility as there are steep stairs inside and outside.

Our cozy cottage is walking distance to shops, beaches, boardwalk, waterfront restaurants, Tiki bar and bier garden, park, pool and historic Rye Playland amusement park. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. It's a short drive to our quaint town with boutiques for shopping and a wide variety of restaurants to choose from or jump on Metronorth for a train ride to the city. Finish the day with a barbeque or relax by the fire table in our cozy outdoor space.

Whether you enjoy walking, biking, swimming, fishing, kayaking, or simply napping in a shady hammock, this is the place for you.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.

This is a private cottage on its own lot with its own driveway and yard located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Several grocery stores and restaurants for delivery/pick up in the area. 400 MBPS Internet connection for those who need a reliable internet connection for work/movie streaming! Please note guest maximum is 4. There are no additional guests or visitors allowed.

Cozy cottage on a three acre wooded property in North Stamford. Main house shares the large circular driveway. A vast wall of windows facing a private garden invites one to relax in the knotty pine interior. Fully equipped. Perfect for a couple. We are available and friendly but tend to let guests have their private retreat unless they want information or help from us.
