Emmanuel is a great host! He really makes sure your needs are met. There is filtered cold and hot water which is so so thoughtful. His response is almost immediate and always friendly. The apartment is so pretty and cozy . And the beds are soft and comfortable. We love the location - so near Senayan City and other great malls . Getting a Grab is also easy. There are a number of nice little restaurants and convenient shops just below the residence. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Emmanuel!

My family was happy. Linen was clean and fragrant👍👍. All AC working very good👍. Need owner attention: when check in dining table was very sticky not properly clean, Soap and Shampoo about to finish so very hard to pump😔, No toilet tissue at all😵, Token listrik nyala terus krn ada kerusakan dr pihak PLN? tp suara token sgt mengganggu🥲 Overall our stay were pleasant. We'll be back for sure. Thank you🙏

From the moment we booked, Ingrid was incredibly helpful and communicative, providing clear instructions for check-in which made the whole process a breeze. The apartment itself was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and relaxing place to come back to after a day of exploring. We really appreciated having all the cutlery and kitchenware provided – it made preparing meals so much easier. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the city. We also noticed how well-maintained the facilities in the apartment were; everything was in excellent working order. Ingrid was a fantastic host, always available to answer any questions we had and offering helpful recommendations. Definitely insta-gram-able, the interior had a mix concept between bohemian and industrial style, so you’ll gonna instantly love it. Me and my friends feel comfy at the house and truly a memorable thing to be stayed here. Save your reservation and feel the way I felt at the house!

Quick response and clear instruction from host. Peaceful surrounding with access to swimming pool. Great for family staycation. Keep in mind this is a 3-level property with stairs

Nice place, but I felt it was smaller than the photos made it seem. Wouldn’t stay again as there are better places for the price in Jakarta I feel, but enjoyed my stay.

Stayed here for 2nd time. Still great same experience. Host also very attentive to our request, give prompt response and action which is super helpful. Room was super clean & smell great. The garden still splendid as before. Looking forward for us to stay here again.

Branz apartement angat dekat dengan ICE BSD. Ada 2 unit charging utk EV. Tapi Parkir berbayar , lumayan. Tp itu regulasi dr pegelola. Unit bersih, tuan rumah sangat responsif bila ada kendala. Sangat rekomen

Tempat tempatnya bagus, deket mall, bersih, tuannya ramah, proses check in nya cepat dan mudah, peralatannya lengkap, tetapi kurang karpet buat nobar di ruang tengah, nyaman dan lengkap, Terima kasih banyak
