Close to shops and cafes and a 5 minute drive to the beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering. Chichester, the South Downs and Goodwood are a short drive. Warm and well-insulated with radiators. TV with Netflix Watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

Fisher Dairy offers high quality self catering accommodation in a converted Sussex barn on a quiet working farm south of Chichester, West Sussex, it is all on one floor with under floor heating, an open plan living area with a wood burner, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms and family bathroom. Located on a private estate we are situated within a 3 minute walk of Pagham Beach, Lagoon and Harbour. Part of the road is unmade and has very little passing traffic. The cabin is a self-contained studio annexe with double bed, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and all that you need for a self-catering break. Benefitting from an en-suite shower room and its own enclosed west facing patio area. Lovingly decorated to provide a peaceful escape with direct access to Pagham beach which sits behind the property. Plenty of parking on site. N.B. The Cabin sits next to Shepherd’s Beachhouse which is also available for holidays via air bnb.

A little further afield is the famous Butlins in Bognor Regis, West Wittering beaches and Chichester town centre. 2 dogs are welcome. No cats.
