Located on a private estate we are situated within a 3 minute walk of Pagham Beach, Lagoon and Harbour. Part of the road is unmade and has very little passing traffic. If you are looking for a quiet, chilled self contained self catering base that is perfectly positioned to explore the area then The Annexe will fit the bill perfectly.

Benefitting from an en-suite shower room and its own enclosed west facing patio area. Lovingly decorated to provide a peaceful escape with direct access to Pagham beach which sits behind the property. Plenty of parking on site. N.B. The Cabin sits next to Shepherd’s Beachhouse which is also available for holidays via air bnb.

Location is everything here with the local beach and Pagham Yacht club and Nature Reserve on your doorstep. A little further afield is the famous Butlins in Bognor Regis, West Wittering beaches and Chichester town centre. 2 dogs are welcome. No cats.
