Waipu township just 10 mins away. Waipu Cove and Uretiti beaches 15-20 mins. Waipu Caves and Piroa Fall are definitely worth a visit too.

We are only 75mins drive north of Auckland, 10 mins off the number one highway. The cottage is built from beautiful untreated hardwoods set in a tranquil private spot, nestled on the edge of a regenerating native forest. The cottage is only a 2min walk down to the beautiful Kaipara Harbour. Our place is part of a 25 year old 300 acre organic permaculture farm, which we were instrumental in setting up as a working farm and village style subdivision.

While our house and neighbours are nearby, this space is tucked away for a quiet, intimate feel. A short walk to the village, and many tourist locations under an hour away. The highlight? Sharing a bottle of wine in our secluded double baths—the ultimate private retreat under the stars.
