We stayed for almost two weeks in Karin’s villa and extended our stay twice on short notice—both times without any issues. Karin was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The property itself is spacious and well-protected by Masai guards day and night. We found the location to be perfect for Paje—close enough to explore the area on foot during the day, yet far enough from the nightlife to enjoy a peaceful rest at night. The villa is truly unforgettable. The open design of the living and kitchen area creates a stunning atmosphere, especially when all the doors and windows are open. The kitchen is well-equipped and perfect for preparing delicious meals with the amazing local ingredients and spices. The lush garden, filled with beautiful plants and trees, makes the outdoor space incredibly inviting. We loved spending entire days by the pool, just relaxing and enjoying the tranquility of this wonderful place. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return!

Cynthia's home was perfect for our family. Home was exactly as what was in the picture. Upstairs area of home was open, bright, and welcoming. Ester rhe housekeeper was very accommodating, what ever we needed, she would make it happen. The clear glistening pool was my getaway spot. The home was in a quiet area, but only a few minutes from shopping, this was the perfect location for us. I would definitely recommend this home.

La maison de Sue est très agréable avec une belle piscine, un havre de bonheur au milieu de Jambiani, un village authentique et hors du temps. Vous traversez le village pour aller à la plage qui est à 7 min de marche environ ce qui vous permet de découvrir la vie de tous les jours du village. Bayou, votre contact sur place est très attentionné et disponible pour vous organiser les activités durant votre séjour selon vos envies. A vous de négocier le prix!

Jerome was a great host, very responsive and proactive he accommodated all our needs. The house is magical, located in a local villa, is very private and one minute walking from a beautiful beach and some hotels where you can spend the day or have a nice meal. Also ver spacious the house can accommodated numerous people comfortable. We loved the pool where you can hang out listening to the birds. We will definitely come back.

Centre ville accessible en moins de 10 minutes à pied, logement fidèle à la description. Diana et Omary ont été très flexibles quant à nos horaires d’arrivée et de départ, en plus d’être toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Merci à eux !

This villa was amazing although my only complaint was the comfort of the beds mattress was a bit stiff and uncomfortable. Staff was really nice! Celebrated my birthday and they did an amazing job decorating! Thanks again!

Dejlig villa med pool og udendørs område. Alt var super og Rashid er meget god til at sørge for os. Kan være lidt varmt på værelserne om natten. Men det glemmer man så snart solen står op og man dypper sig i havet ☺️ Kan komme kun anbefale stedet 100% ☺️

La propriété est propre et bien équipée. - Micro-ondes,airfryer. Le personnel est très accueillant, la maison se trouve à 5 minutes de la plage et à 10 minutes en voiture de paje pour faire nos courses. Les panneaux solaires sont un réel plus, aucune coupures de courant. C’est un endroit calme, sécurité et reposant avec une belle piscine et des transats pour se détendre Arnaud et Eddie étaient toujours là pour nous, ils ont organisé nos transfert de l’aéroport et des diverses excursions. Je recommande vivement cet endroit !!

Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem neuen Bungalow und der gesamten Anlage. Nur zwei Gehminuten vom Indischen Ozean entfernt, war ich sehr oft zum Sonnenaufgang am Strand und habe das schwimmen dort sehr genossen. Das Personal war freundlich und jeder Zeit hilfsbereit. Nachts habe ich mich sehr sicher gefühlt, da der Wachmann auch auf dem sehr privaten Grundstück, übernachtet.

Gorgeous house right on the beach. The house is spacious and has everything you need. The sound of the wave is always with you. The helpers and chef are very helpful and kind. Michelle is very easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend.

Vi hadde noen kjempe fine dager her. Vi valgte å booke hele villaen ved å velge 3 personer selv om vi var 2. Jambiani er et fantastisk sted med mange hyggelige mennesker, generelt er alle veldig hyggelige på Zanzibar. Så det er et veldig trygt sted å feriere. Det er kort vei til stranden, hvor man finner mange gode restauranter og steder med solsenger hvis man ønsker å få mer beachclub vibes innimellom.

A beautiful little house on the outskirts of jambian ! With gorgeous views and lovely beach access . It was cosy yet luxurious, the host was do helpful, frugal and attentive. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend it to friends and family. Overall a stunning home, and amazing experience.

Dieses Airbnb ist wirklich etwas Besonderes – man merkt sofort, dass hier alles mit viel Herz und Geschmack gestaltet wurde. Jana hat das Haus selbst designt, und das spürt man in jedem Winkel. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar und super hilfsbereit. Der kleine Außenpool ist ein echtes Highlight – perfekt zum Abkühlen und Entspannen. Ich habe mich rundum wohl und fast wie zuhause gefühlt. Auch die Housekeeping-Dame war unglaublich freundlich. Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in der Natur und ist trotzdem nur 10 Minuten vom Strand und 5 Minuten von Supermarkt und Hauptstraße entfernt. Absolute Empfehlung!

We were in the villa for 4 nights. It was just perfect. The house is new and it is really cozy. A nice external area with a delicious shower. Roger and the team are really supportive and nice, always available to respond to our requests! Jambiani is a great place to stay on the island! We will love to come back in the future! Absolutely recommended.

lovely villa with very nice pool and rooms. we felt safe at all times! kitchen was not very well equipped at first but after a few messages, the missing items were brought to the villa. keep in mind that the road to this airbnb is a gravel road and a bit difficult to drive to.

I decided to live in this guesthouse and not a hotel, because I really value family life. Exactly this wish and demand for my trip, to live together with locals and to make many contacts, was met by the Rafiki guest house. It is one of the cheaper accommodations in Zanzibar because it is not a comfortable hotel - but the focus is on being together, which I really appreciate. If you would like to establish close, friendly contacts quickly and easily, this guesthouse is really perfect for you because all the guests who live there and the owners of the guesthouse are incredibly open and helpful. William even picked me up from the airport and organized excursions and tours for me through acquaintances and friends. In the evenings we ate and partied together in the kitchen under open skies :) For me, this is the unique aspect of Rafiki Guesthouse: It creates honest and lasting friendships!

Staying at Najma place was a unique experience very quite and relaxing. The place was well-equipped and surprisingly comfortable. Apart from mosquitoes in the evening outside because lots of rains We loved the outside shower and the private pool Can’t wait to return
