Beachwood is a charming two bedroom coastal cottage offering views of the beach and sea. Inside you will find a spacious open plan layout featuring a comfortable lounge, a well equipped kitchen and conservatory, dining area. Double doors to the rear, seating leads to the communal garden with steps leading down to the beach. Three great pubs are nearby (all serve food & are walkable, the nearest is just 4 mins away). Visit the beachside coffee hut, browse the Ferini Art Gallery, catch a show at the Seagull Theatre, or see the 12th-century church with its own sheep. Enjoy fish & chips with a sea view or head to Southwold (12 mins drive) or Africa Alive Zoo (7 mins drive). Private parking & easy A12 access.

This high specification Villa is a luxurious environment that provides a relaxed, feet up break or a base for exploring all that Suffolk has to offer. With Beach access, excellent pubs and a coffee shack within walking distance and close by Africa Alive, East Anglia Transport Museum, Somerleyton House, Oulton Broad & Carlton Marshes.

The Overlook is a first-floor apartment in a beautiful Victorian property directly opposite the beach in the Kirkley area of Lowestoft in Suffolk. This newly refurbished 2 bedroom property is a perfect retreat for families or groups of friends, offering a balcony and stunning views of our blue flag beach. Lowestoft is the most eastern part of the United Kingdom and offers plenty of things to do locally as well as a convenient base to explore the beautiful scenery of Suffolk and Norfolk.

Crown Cove House is a newly refurbished annexe in historic beachfront detached Victorian home, just 50m from the beach, tennis courts, Kensington Gardens and a lovely beach cafe. - Murphy Bed - 50” smart tv with Netflix, Disney Plus etc. - outdoor area with bistro table - Newly fitted kitchen & bathroom Suitable for up to 2 adults and 2 small children. No groups. The rest of the house is our family home, we live on site and will be available to help (unless we’re at the beach!)

We would like to welcome you to The Folly, your cosy woodland retreat away from the stresses and strain of modern life. There's plenty to see and do with access on foot to the local woodland and beach walks. Keep an eye out when you boil the kettle you just might see a wild Muntjac deer pass by....or hear the hoot of a Tawny owl as you fall asleep. Please be aware in the summer months the local amusement park is open and may be heard during the day.
