A clean, well equipped rental with a responsive host. Continuing to add value with a new hot tub, lawn, flowers. Would be even better with pure cotton sheets and less firm pillows! The noisy aspect is not the fault of the rental, necessarily, since it was loud traffic in the distance, crowing roosters — which should be banned from the city limits— and a yipping dog that eventually went indoors. Great location to be near a large grocery store.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay than Stephen's and Mai's! The hosts are incredibly nice, helpful, and very accommodating. The apartment is beautiful, clean, well laid out, roomy, and comfortable. The entire property is stunning, truly backs to the monument, and the outdoor activities are great. We absolutely recommend staying here, and hope to return in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay. The loft was perfect for our quick weekend trip to Grand Junction. The space was cute, clean and quiet. Check in was super easy and we were able to park right in front of the unit. Would definitely stay here again, zero complaints.

Very nice accommodations. The bed was extremely comfortable. Kevin was very quick in responding to communications. I enjoyed all the extra touches that made this truly feel like a slice of Mexico!

Perfect stay while passing through! The restaurant across the street was delicious and welcoming. Everyone we met was kind. Lori’s space was great. We were road tripping with a dog, so it was nice to be able to let him stretch his legs for a while. Highly recommend!

What a cozy stay in the heart of Grand Junction. If the weather were warmer we could have walked to town for dinner and exploring.

Great place to stay on a cute ranch. Close to 18 road bike trails and a short drive into town. Jo Dee was very accommodating.

Eric and Jody‘s place was perfect for my first time stay in Fruita Colorado. I came for the mountain biking and between the super comfortable home Eric and Jody provided and the really welcoming atmosphere of Fruita, it will not be the last time I visit. Every evening after my rides and getting cleaned up, I could make the short walk downtown and enjoy the breweries, restaurants, and bike shops. The bedroom mattress and linens were very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and spotless. The kitchen had all the gadgets you would want and then some. The living room couch was very comfortable. The entire home was immaculate, everything seemed new and in perfect condition. A bonus feature included a garage where I could work on and store my bike overnight. They even provided a bike rack. Eric and Jody were easy to get a hold of and very flexible. My bike trips are very important to me and having a great place to stay makes the trip even better. Thank you.

Christie’s home in Grand Junction was a pleasure to stay in. The home was beautiful and very clean. Lots of small thoughtful touches made it feel very comfortable, like we were staying at a friend’s home while they were away. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with an assortment of pans, small appliances, and even spices to cook with. The beds were comfortable and we had no issues with check in or accessing the wi-fi. The location was also great - it was close to supermarkets and the mall, while the drive to the downtown area was less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this home to anyone that is planning a trip to Grand Junction.

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cette maison avec un groupe d’amis. Nous étions 3 couples, 2 des couples ont dormis à l’étage principal et 1 couple au sous-sol. Le sous-sol comprend sa propre cuisine et salle de bain. Les deux couples à l’étage avaient leur propre salle de bain. Nous n’avons pas occupé la dernière chambre avec deux lits simples et une salle de bain; elle aurait été parfaite pour des enfants. Les photos représentent bien la maison et nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour. La maison est située à distance de marche de la « main » avec un bon choix de resto. C’était parfait pour notre court séjour.

This was a perfect place for us to 'base camp' for a mountain biking weekend. Three bedrooms for three couples, 2 bathrooms a kitchen and a nice backyard to grill dinner. We honestly did not spend a lot of time at the AirBnB because we were out on the trials, but it was a relaxing and comfortable spot to come back to each night and regroup.

Isabel's place was perfect for me and my pups to have a hiking vacation. Incredibly comfortable for both me and my big dogs (golden retriever and a malamute). I'll keep this place in mind for my next adventure to Grand Junction!

We loved staying here, wish we could have extended our stay! I was initially worried that it might get a little warm since the cooler hadn’t been turned on for the season but it wasn’t at all! The house is situated perfectly so that it stays cool even on a 75 degree day. Candice is a great host, very responsive! This place had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Very comfy bed!

This was a fantastic place to stay in Grand Junction! The location was convenient as it was easy to get downtown. There is also a grocery store a few minutes away and a local ice cream shop! The Airbnb itself was extremely clean and had everything we could have needed. The full kitchen was perfect to make big meals in, as well as stocked for morning coffee. Definitely worth staying here and would come back.
