"Our Place"

"Our Place" is a cozy trailer house that sits on a working peach orchard. It was remodeled in 2021. We are located near the base of Mount Garfield and are 5 minutes from I-70 access and downtown Palisade. You are a short drive or bike ride from several local wineries, restaurants, the Palisade Brewery, and more. Shuttles to The Palisade Plunge are minutes away. We have a large, covered patio where you can relax, bbq on the gas grill, or enjoy coffee in the morning. Excellent wifi inside and out.

Our Palisade Orchard Cottage, built in the early 1900s,has been fully renovated with love. Our cottage will be sure to impress you with the most breathtaking views. Situated amongst the peach orchards and vineyards in Palisade. You are in the prime location to enjoy the gorgeous landscapes of Palisade but still minutes away from winery's, distillery's, hiking,skiing,biking, and the historic district downtown. This cottage is perfect for bridal parties, romance, family getaways,and much more!

Warm and cozy new mattress! 35 minutes to Powderhorn ski resort! Peach Beach is a 2021 Hideout camper with a beachy vibe. The place sleeps 5 adults, has a master bedroom with it’s own entrance, solid door and bunkhouse floor plan. Appointed to turn out any kind of meal, and BBQ a as well as BBQ utensils are available. In peach orchards, views of Mt Garfield and Grand Mesa. Sip a glass of wine from our picnic table or hammock looking at rose bushes or orchards. Close to three popular vineyards.w

Park your car & walk or ride a bike all weekend! You are a 3-10 minute walk from the grocery store, bike shop, bakery, distillery, brewery, restaurants, park, pool & more!

Begin, end or spend your day lounging on the front porch in the shade of mature peach trees or enjoying views of the rugged Palisades seeming to rise just outside the back door.

This newly constructed "Green" home is a mix of modern and country styles and will surely inspire you to enjoy all of the outdoor activities the Grand Valley has to offer. The Perfect Day Getaway house is located on a quaint farm within 8 minutes of world-class hiking, mountain and road bicycling, and river rafting. It is a great launching point for day trips to Moab and the Grand Mesa as well! It was built to maximize the southern exposure and views of the Colorado National Monument.

From skiing, to mountain biking, to rafting, to hiking, and road biking there are outdoor activities nearby for all levels.

Welcome to Happy Tails animal sanctuary we are a nonprofit animal rescue in palisade wine country. 10 acre animal sanctuary w alpaca, goats, pigs, dogs, chickens peacocks even a emu that all free range. Fish, kayak, paddleboard, canoe on our 2 acre fully stocked fishing lake. Float the Colorado river from Riverbend park in Palisade to our private beach. We are conveniently located right next to the Palisade fruit and wine byway. You'll enjoy gorgeous views of Mt. Garfield looming to the north and the Grand Mesa to the east. Enjoy a soak in the hot tub after a long day of adventure. This is country living at its best! We live next door, but this ADU is all yours.
