Smještaj je bio odličan, sve je bilo uredno i čisto, smještaj točno odgovara fotografijama u oglasu, Petra je odličan domaćin te nas je dočekala u smještaju kojom prilikom nam je dala i nekoliko preporuka obzirom da smo prvi put bili u Zadru, sve preporuke za ovaj smještaj 😀

Die Wohnung ist top! Matej und Nena waren perfekte Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet, sauber und genauso wie auf den Bildern und in Wirklichkeit sogar größer, als es darauf aussieht. Vom Balkon und durch die Fenster von Wohnzimmer und Esstisch hast du einen wunderbaren Ausblick aufs Meer. Obwohl die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss liegt, ist es dank der Klimaanlage auch im Hochsommer darin nicht zu heiß. Bei unserer Ankunft (bei 39 Grad!) hatte Nena uns die Wohnung bereits klimatisiert übergeben, was nach der langen Autofahrt erst einmal eine Wohltat war. Außerdem war der Kühlschrank mit Getränken für uns befüllt und kleine Snacks standen bereit. So einen Service haben wir vorher noch nicht erlebt! Waschmittel, Kosmetikprodukte, Spülmaschinentabs, alles bereit da! Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß 5 min, mit dem Rad brauchst du in die Altstadt vielleicht 20 min. Restaurants und Supermärkte sind direkt in der Nähe der Wohnung. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

We had a great stay at Kristina's apartment, which was clean, well-equipped and in a good location. Kristina was a fab host - very responsive and helpful! The apartment is as described - we did find on-street parking a bit tricky as there were limited spaces, but we always found somewhere! Overall we had a lovely time and had some wonderful trips to Krka NP, Plitvice NP and Rab Island.

Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer. Bibinje hat nicht soooo viel zu bieten in der Nebensaison aber wir konnten günstig mit dem Taxi nach Zadar fahren. Der Pool ist wie auf den Bildern und es gibt dort direkt eine Bierzapfmaschine. Unterkunft war wirklich top! 😊

Beautiful,modern ,spacious,sunny,bright apartment with great view. Great location,nice walk to Old Town. Shop right under the apartment and bakery next to apartment. Mate is great host. Very friendly and communicative. Warmly recommend this apartment.

We stayed at Matijas apartment for one week. Upon checking in Matija showed us around the apartment and showed us where the beaches were. It was great touch. His family were really friendly and baked is a cake which was delicious! The apartment is a 5 minute walk away from the beach and 15 mins into centre of Zadar but you still get the peace of a quiet neighbourhood. The apartment had everything we needed and the bed was really comfortable. We would definitely recommend this air bnb and Croatia in general! Thank you!

Apartament jest bardzo ładny i czysty, w nowym budynku z niedużym wygodnym tarasem z którego łatwo przenieść bagaż z auta do mieszkania, prywatne miejsce parkingowe prosto pod oknem. Okolica bardzo spokojna, w niedalekiej odległości (10 min pieszo) znajduje się mnóstwo sklepów spożywczych i galeria handlowa. Do centrum miasta i plaży dojdziesz z mieszkania w około 30 minut pieszo, łatwo też można zamówić taksówkę/ bolta za około 5 euro, nawet wieczorem kiedy jest duży ruch. Jeżeli jesteś samochodem to mieszkanie jest idealne, nie przeszkadzała nam większa odległość bo byliśmy nastawieni na zwiedzanie i plażowanie w różnych lokalizacjach. Gospodarz jest niesamowity!! Bardzo aktywnie reaguje na wszelkie potrzeby gości i szybko odpowiada na wiadomości, jedyne czego nam brakowało to jasnych instrukcji zameldowania i wymeldowania, ale gospodarz szybko reaguje na wszelkie pytania więc nie był to problem, zostawił dla nas też napoje co było bardzo miłe! Bardzo polecam to miejsce i dziękuję!

Beautiful and very clean appartment. The host is very nice and always willing to help you. Our little boy had his own babybed with some very cute stuffed animals. Kitchen and bathroom extremely clean with coffee machine (coffee included) and some homemade marmelade and wine. Bathroom looks like new and includes washing machine. The area around the house is quiet and safe. We would recommend it to anyone.

Ottimo soggiorno. Al check-in ci ha accolto Adriana, sempre molto solare e simpatica! La casa è molto bella e nuova. Bellissima la vista dal terrazzo, principalmente la sera. Consigliatissimo.

Jestem drugi raz w tym samym miejscu to znak, że wszystko jest bardzo dobrze 👍 polecam wszystkim. Kontakt wspaniały, mieszkanie bardzo czyste, parking pod domem, balkon, klimatyzacja wszystko czego potrzeba do odpoczynku i korzystania z urlopu. Do plaży około 10 minut spacerkiem, do piekarni około 5 minut. Urlop u Tiny jest najlepszy

Cozy accommodation in a perfect place. It's in walkable distance to an old city (along the beautiful coastline with a crystal-clear water), close to small local shop and to bigger supermarkets, to a choice of good restaurants and caffees. Bus station to popular destinations, including airport, is also in 10 minutes walk. There is enough space for parking, if needed. The accommodation itself is in mint condition, everything is fresh and clean. There is plenty of amenities for a comfortable vacation. The only thing is Wi-Fi speed — in case of remote work it’s not suitable, but still can provide an internet connection for staying in touch.

Nice host, always available on the net (before arriving and during staying). The apartment is quite big, with a spacey balcony. 1 minute walk from the nearest beach. Simply furnitured, but cosy. It has a dishwasher and s washing machine, three air-conditioner (one is a bit noisy, but working well). We might come back again. 😊

Superb location, comfortable beds, free parking, great restaurants within steps of the place and nice communal spaces you chill all made Vedran’s the perfect apartment for a visit to Jazera for a festival in Tisno. The apartment was compact but it was ideal for our group of three since we simply needed a place to sleep, shower, and store our stuff while we spent most of our time away. The apartment had all the essentials, especially AC, and was very comfortable. Whatever you need is steps away and Vedran was a very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay again!

What an amazing place, everything was just as described. Zelijka was an amazing host very attentive when needed. The views from both the balcony & rooftop terrace are to die for. There is everything you need within walking distance, shops, cafe's, bars, takeaways & restaurants. We visited various local islands & towns either by bus or boat & they were all easy & cheap. Croatia is a beautiful country & we will 100% be returning.

Leur sens de l’hospitalité est remarquable : toujours disponibles pour nous donner de précieux conseils, tout en restant discrets et respectueux de notre intimité. Leur sourire et leur gentillesse ont rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Le logement est d’une propreté impeccable et extrêmement cosy, parfait pour se sentir comme à la maison. Sans aucun doute, ce sont les meilleurs hôtes que nous avons rencontrés en Croatie ! Nous recommandons vivement leur logement et espérons revenir très bientôt.

Absolutely amazing place! Probably the first AirBnB I stayed at that looked way better than in the photos and the photos were pretty good! We had a fantastic time and Monika was just lovely! Thanks for having us!

Incredibly friendly hosts who welcomed us on short notice! The property is beautiful and centrally located, with great amenities and beautiful decor. We wish we were able to stay here longer - we felt right at home!

The place is awesome and brand new. I had my family with me and having enough room to have privacy but also an option to spend time together. I was impressed with the place. The host was nice and very helpful. the amenities were plentiful, clean hotbtub and sauna, 2 stocked kitchens for cooking the local fish, meat and vegis that are just near by, and ask him about his friend with a boat who gives a full day knowledgeable tour of the local islands and shipwreck which made our trip.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit. Das Appartement ist super sauber und die Aussicht fantastisch. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und zur Ankunft gab es noch eine kleine Überraschung über die wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Vielen Dank an Mate und Martina
