Really enjoyed this location was quite an awesome location loved opening the house up because the breeze would be like laying on the beach. Family had plenty of space to lay out and I liked the difference in the beds because one Family member needed a firm mattress and another needed a foam or soft bedding. If your looking for a quite and relaxing place this should fill your expectations

Very private with a great outside entertainment area as well as a lockup area for bikes and golf clubs. Immaculately clean, fully stocked with everything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place!

We had a wonderful week at Lisa’s beautiful home. From the start, the hosts were communicative and answered all questions promptly. The house is spacious and impeccably furnished and decorated. The beds are super comfortable, and we enjoyed cooking in the large and well-stocked kitchen. We spent time outside on the lovely patio and in the pool/hot tub. Yard is large, private and well maintained. Private beach a short walk away and we appreciated the wagon and chairs. Lots of thoughtful touches that made vacation a breeze. Proximity to coffee shops, Publix, and dining a plus. Hosts responsive and helpful during our stay. We hope to come back sometime! 10/10 recommend

Tim's place was perfect for us! It was right across from the beach and 1 block away from our favorite Thai restaurant and surf shop (MTB). We also discovered Mel's tiki cafe - a very yummy breakfast spot. An added bonus was the hot tub. All in all it was a great stay!

I really liked this home, it was all very clean and organized, all the windows bringing in natural light was very homey. Very spacious and the kitchen was very beautiful. The town was also very nice and there was a lot of things to do! The host was remarkably responsive and very welcoming!!

The stay was fantastic in every way. Place was very clean and they had a book for recommendations for the area. They also had clear instructions on what we needed to do before we left!

We absolutely loved staying here the night before our cruise. The house is so unique and fun themed. We loved all the seating in the kitchen. The master bedroom slept my husband & I plus our 4 & 2yr old in the bed, as well as my brother and sister in the bunkbeds. Our kiddos absolutely loved the pool! Us parents highly appreciated all of the kid friendly touches in the home from the kid plates to the step-stool in the bathroom and highchair in the closet. It made staying away from home way easier. We admired the one of kind counter tops and bathroom theme. This house felt very at home, it is not boujee, I mean that in the best way! Blankets were clean and soft, we slept great. We would totally stay here again.

Remarkably clean and spacious! Perfect for our family, the kids loved the movie room and pool. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen (quality pots & pans, utensils, variety of mugs, cups, etc.)

We loved the cute decor in the house. Everything was well planned, & the backyard was wonderful. The owner included everything we needed to have a relaxing time during our stay!

The is easily the most beautiful rental home my family has stayed in — gorgeous finishings and super comfortable furniture and beds. The views were unbelievable and close to groceries, shopping and restaurants. Hosts were very quick to respond to my questions pre and post check in.

Fabulous house! The location is close to town, 2 minute walk to beach. We had 7 adults and the space was open, comfortable & lots of room to sneak off to read a book, work without interruptions etc. Beds were comfortable, lots of beach chairs, towels, kayaks, umbrellas, beach accessories. We rent in Vero often & this beautiful home was a winner. Hosts were available if we needed anything. Can’t wait to come back.

We totally enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful, short walk to the beach, and the back yard was amazing. The only thing it needed was a hammock.

This property met our needs perfectly. The location worked well for us since we had a car. There is not much to eat nearby. We enjoyed the screened-in deck. It was great for playing games as a family. We also liked the pool and hot tub. The boogie boards and beach chairs were appreciated.

We had an amazing stay at this Cocoa Beach house! The home was spacious and perfect for our group of seven, with plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The pool and hot tub were definite highlights — we spent a lot of time lounging and enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. Being right on the canal made it even better; we loved watching the water and even spotted some dolphins! The house was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The location was quiet but still close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommend this spot for families or groups looking for a fun and relaxing stay!

Fantastic, responsive, professional host! We had a great stay and loved how close we were to the beach. Fenced in yard for the kiddos was essential; they loved the little outdoor putting green and the arcade games were a fantastic, fun addition to the living space! Kept our boys entertained while the adults chilled. Well equipped kitchen, extra dishes and cups a huge plus. Large front load washing machine and dryer located upstairs really came in handy! The house was designed well with extra bathroom on the first floor and we felt right at home. The outdoor shower was also so handy for hosing down after a sand filled day at the beach! Super close to grocery stores and restaurants. Rob was a professional host and we would absolutely book again with him for future vacations.
