This was a great place to stay! The unit was so bright and clean. The decor was colorful, modern, and fun. I've stayed at other places in Cocoa Beach that were outdated, dingy, and not even really clean but the hosts think because they slapped a "this way to the beach" sign on the wall, it will impress visitors. Well, this place is the complete opposite. The bright white kitchen and gold accents felt so fresh and clean. The shower was spacious and had great water pressure. Parking and directions to get into the unit were very clear. Since the unit is set back from the street, it was pretty quiet at night also. There were lots of little things like beach towels and other beach gear available. Erin was communicative when needed and a gracious host. I was sad I couldn't stay longer but hopefully will return in future! The full kitchen, laundry, and location make this a great option for a longer trip.

Great to play to stay. Location was fantastic! So close to the beach. Enjoyed our time at the beach and relaxing on the patio during the evening. Very peaceful getaway.

Kris is a great host. His place is private and comfortable with a great view of the ocean and private access to the beach. We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the balcony.

Property was just as described. Marlene is a wonderful host and it is a beautiful property. If I’m ever back in the area I will definitely book again.

The Shark Tank is in a great location. Easily accessible to many great restaurants and the beach. Most everything is within walking distance. The unit is decorated nicely and we felt safe. I would recommend staying here.

Had a wonderful few days here! My kids enjoyed just hanging out at the house while I enjoyed time on the beach (it was a tad chilly in January but lovely none the less). Very relaxing and the local restaurants were great!

Lovely place to stay! The ocean is right across the street. There are plenty of beach accessories in the unit. Kitchen and bath were clean and fully upgraded. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy, tropical, quintessential beach spot. Check in and out were a breeze. Bed was comfortable. Amenities were as described. Location is great across the street from a gourmet market and restaurants. 5 min walk to the beach was SO convenient with a toddler in tow. Would stay again!

Second year here, still a great place to stay. Perfect for our family and getting some work done while we visit Sebastian. The pool is great.

My Wife and I stayed 3 nights from March 17th through 20th. The house was very nice, clean and well stocked. Our only suggestion would be that a grill be added for cooking outside. There is seemingly never ending space in this home, it was really way to big for the two of us but would be fantastic for a family vacation! It has two separate living areas with large TVs, perfect for the kids and adults. The pool was very nice also, although we did not make use of it. The home has a concrete pad poured next to it for storage of a boat or RV, this is great for fishermen visiting Headwaters Lake as I did. The drive to the ramp was about 30 minutes and was a very easy route. We will rent again if we return to this area.

Wir haben uns bei Jeff sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war sehr zentral. Man kommt zum Stand und zu anderen Ausflugszielen recht zügig. Das Kennedy Space Center ist nur eine knappe Autostunde entfernt.

After coming to Orlando for cheer worlds we decided last minute we were not ready to go home, we booked this home last minute ( the day of) and so glad we did! Traveling 14 hours with three kids alone and spending a few days in Orlando made it impossible to relax until we got here! The pool was absolutely perfect, I was able to get some sun and not worry about the kids since the pool was right there. There was also plenty of games to keep them entertained. The house was stocked with anything you could possibly need and the beds were also super comfy. I loved how homey the house felt and how it’s in a quiet neighborhood. The only regret we had was not staying longer!

the place was amazing! lots of living space and room to spread out. Sarah was very responsive and nice host. the backyard was very peaceful.

The place was extremely clean and comfortable. As a person who travels a lot it is always nice to have someplace comfortable to rest even if it’s only for 1 night. The neighborhood seemed great and safe- overall very pleasant stay.

Everything was fresh and clean. Looks as though the home was recently built. Very roomy and comfortable.

We had an enjoyable 5-week stay at Amber's place, working remotely. The house is comfortable and met our needs nicely, with two desks in different rooms, and a strong wifi signal. The kitchen opening-up to the living room provided a spacious feel, and the living room furniture was comfortable. We ate most of our meals in the "library" off of the kitchen, and the bookshelves were well stocked with a variety of books, board games, and puzzles. The screened room in the back was spacious and provided easy access to the fenced-in backyard. The neighborhood is quiet, the houses are well-kept, and we especially enjoyed walking to the nature preserve less than a mile away. The local beaches are clean and quiet, and less than a 20-minute drive from the house. It was a plus having access to the 2-car garage, and the cherry tomato plants in the back yard kept us supplied with delicious tomatoes! Amber was a great host, and went out of her way to accommodate an unexpected change in plans.

Cute and cozy condo in a convenient area! Just steps to the beach and pool! Reasonably priced. Responsive hosts. Wish it had a tub and a free in-unit laundry as we had a two year old with us, but it was still a very nice stay!

Great spot right on the beach. It had everything we needed for our family of 4. Only issue was a beach dredging project right out back but there’s nothing the owner can do to control that. We just parked down the street at 14th and it was really easy. Did see a few black racer snakes too which was cool/scary. Beach was clean and very quiet with only a few people on the beach. We also saw a space x star link launch which was really cool and the kids loved it. Overall great place to stay away from the more touristy section of Cocoa Beach. Lots of great restaurants to choose from too

We had a great time! Everything was as expected and the easy access to the Atlantic was unbeatable! The pool and hot tub were a bonus. The condo was spacious and felt like home to us. We had an easy time getting around the area and enjoyed many local eateries. We spent one full day at Universal and one at Kennedy Space Center. We saw the rescue rocket launch from the beach - so cool! 😎 wish we had another week to explore. Thank you, Monica!

The stay was great and directly on the beach ! Perfect place to stay if you are needing somewhere close to the cruise port.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was in excellent condition and looked exactly as described. Ocean front condo was well equipped with beach towels, beach chair, sand toys and coolers making it very accommodating for anyone flying into the area. Ana is extremely responsive in any questions I had on our rental. Thank you again for the top notch service.

The kitchen was as well supplied as any Airbnb I’ve stayed in. The balcony is worth the cost! Very spacious and unobstructed view of the beach. Watching the ships roll in and out of the port along with a great view of rocket launches. We loved it. Be aware that the outside of the condo complex needs updating but Julia’s condo is lovely!

Sarah’s place was a perfect location for what I needed. Close to the shops and restaurants and a block from the beach.

Our second year staying in this unit. Walking distance to great food and right on the beach. Price per night was a bit higher this year than last, but still reasonable considering the price of everything seems to be going up the past few years. We plan to stay again next year if we book the same fishing trip in the area.
