Cleanliness is very important to me, so we clean carefully after every guest. The apartment is part of my flat with its own entrance, bathroom and kitchen area :)

Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

The apartment is well connected to the public transportation to the center of Berlin. Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Norden Berlins in einer sehr grünen und stilvollen Wohngegend. Euch erwartet ein top ausgestattetes, modernes und gemütliches Apartment mit Sonnenbalkon auf der zweiten Etage. Die Ferienwohnung hat 2 Zimmer auf 43 qm Wohnfläche und damit viel Platz für 2 Personen. Außerdem gibt es einen überdachten Parkplatz Höhe ca. 2,30m mit Schranke direkt auf dem Grundstück.
