Great place with great location.

Tim's a great host, met us upon arrival and chatted a bit! We arrived in the cold dark after quite an exciting, nail biting snowy, icy road drive through the mountains. And the thing that topped it off was Tim had the heat on in our place, which was what I was thinking about(besides sliding off the road) the whole way up! Nice welcoming touch, and the dog bed, bowl and blanket for our pooch. So we booked during the off season right after Christmas because we just wanted a chill break after all the family and holiday stuff. None of the wineries, orchards, hiking, or biking trails were open, nor were a lot of the businesses in town, but like I said we just wanted to relax and we did. That's pretty much the only reason for the four star rating on location. We already planned the dates for our return trip this summer, and can't wait to come back, with mountain bikes, hiking boots and friends!

Clean, cozy, sweet little space with views of open fields, deer in the morning, quiet vista. Responsive host. Will book again!

If you have a group looking to ride OHV at Peach Valley or Dry Creek, this location is perfect. Plenty of room in the house to spread out for a good size group, nice hot tub, and all the things you would need. The host was very responsive for any needs prior to our arrival as well as once we were there.

In a word: Spectacular! The house is beautiful and the location is sublime. Everything was just as presented on the website. In these times where some owners or managers try to cut corners, the owners of this property built a gorgeous house, furnished it beautifully, stocked the kitchen with extras, included high-end appliances, and all of the amenities were first class. We live in the city, and to sit on the back deck and hear nothing but the sound of the birds and the wind in the trees was delightfully peaceful. We'll be back!

This spotless space has the best view of any Airbnb we have ever stayed at; the view is of Needle Rock with the West Elk Mountains behind. The patio is just killer and everything about the rental is top notch. Beautiful surroundings, horses and peace and quiet. wonderful

This house was the most beautiful setting for my entire family for Christmas. Sledding on the hill behind the house, watching deer, foxes, elk roam the property, it was peaceful and quiet and even snowed on Christmas morning. The ranch hand Robbie along with Carleigh made every attempt to make our stay wonderful. They put lights on the porch and a tree in the living room to make everything perfect. Would love to stay here again.

Our family of four loved staying at Bill's place. We wanted a private, off-the-grid rental with easy access to a fishable river/creek and beautiful surroundings. Bill's place was just that. We loved hiking the property -- there's a beautiful, property trail that goes about a mile through meadows & towards the mountains. The stars at night were unbeatable. My kids loved floating in the creek across the street, and we loved fishing there & also driving about 5 minutes away where we had a good river access & caught lots of gorgeous rainbow trout. The kitchen is stocked with things like sugar, oils, seasoning & some dry goods people have left. Lots of utensils and plates & a great grill & smoker outside. The place is surrounded by cute chipmunks and deer - fun for our kids. One FYI is that there are two Airbnbs on the property - the main cabin and a separate barn with an apartment (which we hadn't realized) but wasn't an issue - other than that, you'll be alone if that's what you want!

Beautiful place! Julie was quick to respond when there was an issue and we appreciated the quick communication. Her place is easy to bike into town from too. I will say it may be best for a weekend getaway rather than a week stay, but we made the space work for us and enjoyed the views, wildlife and quaint lovely town!
