The villa has a large private heated swimming pool with salt water, a big garden with deck chairs, and a view. Two kitchens are modern & fully equipped. There are also three private bathrooms, four bedrooms, and a big living room. All rooms are air-conditioned. Parking space, WiFi & 2 LCD TVs with Netflix are provided :D

The house also features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a dining area that can accommodate up to ten guests. Our spacious and luxurious property is located in a serene and scenic area, with over 2000 m2 of plot, making it the perfect vacation home. *pool heating season usually between May and October (depending on the weather).

It's a two storey house with two apartments in Strunjan near Piran on a very peaceful and green location surrounded by olive trees, vineyards, fig trees and other mediterranean plants, 600m from the nearest beach in Moon bay. It's our holiday home and we are using the apartment on the groundfloor by ourselves (mainly on weekends and holidays). Your apartment is located on the first floor. It's a non-smoking apartment, so if you smoke, please do it outside, not inside.

For bikers is at disposal a garage on the property.

A surface is 165 sqm on three levels, with a private pool and a sea view from the 1st and 2nd floor. Check in on Saturdays in June, July and August.
