Il se trouve à 5 minutes de la gare et du métro de S.Apolonia, à 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville. Bien que le grenier soit proche des restaurants, lieux de fado et cafés, c'est calme et silencieux Les chambres sont légèrement inondées de lumière et la vue sur la rivière est spéciale, vous apprécierez la lumière spéciale de cette ville et ses différentes réflexions sur l'eau.
